“Ted the owner is a great guy. The body shop does great work. I have taken two of my own personnel car's in for body repair work under customer paid. He is very reasonable and honest. I have had experience with couple of body shop in the Covina area and he is by far the best in the area. Please give him a try, you won't be unhappy.”
“1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.”

I love the staff, the easy vibe, and the fact that I've rented from them quite a bit in the past couple of months that they know me by name. “The new management at Avis has been exceptional. Sam, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our rental experience was top-notch. Not only were we upgraded to a fully equipped Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from small suv we booked, Sam also credited us some gas money for returning the car with slightly more fuel than before. Highly recommended!”
“I am giving the 5 stars for customer service mostly in part to Alex Morazan! He was awesome. I was looking to buy a car from Avis a month ago and the process and the service from the car sales people was less than pleasant. However, Alex the operator was the best. He sympathized with me and recommended a car to purchase instead of the bait and switch the Avis car salesman was offering. He is what made the experience more pleasant. Thank You Alex for your help. Although the salesman of the Avis cars was definitely not great you helped me during a stressful situation!”

“The person helping us was super helpful, my name was on the reservation but my fiancé who is over 25 would be driving. The employee kindly rebooked the reservation for the same price so that my fiancés name was on it and we could avoid the under 25 fee.”
“Booked an EV through Costco, showed up expecting a Chevy Bolt, and drove away in a brand-new Mach-E for surprisingly cheap. Extending the rental was a quick process (I did it in-person, so all they needed were the vehicle keys), but there was an extension fee. I was also told you don't get refunded for early returns if you prepay. Overall, I would probably rent from here again if needed.
I charged the vehicle using my personal charging cable at home, so I can't weigh in on the charging issues other reviews have mentioned. They did mention during pickup that they had some Teslas available if I didn't want the Mach-E, so I imagine a Tesla would be the safer option for those worried about on-the-go charging.”

“I had a great first time rental experience. The Filipino woman, Juvy, who helped reserve than check out my car was both friendly and helpful. If you live nearby I recommend to come in person. You'll be given a printout and an assurance that your vehicle will be washed and ready to go the day of your trip. Ignore the negative reviews saying there was trash everywhere. Simply not true. Also, some of the other negative reviews came from people who tried renting a vehicle that same day, rather than beforehand. Make an advanced reservation, pick up your car and drive off into the sunset!”

“It doubles as budget truck rentals, that what i did was rent a cargo van....sooooo much better than uhaul in so many ways, nicer staff, less cost, less picky about gas, mileage, etc, better vans and trucks, no extra charges, what you see is what you get...ill never go back to uhaul”
“I had an amazing experience renting from this location. I had to put my car in the shop for repairs. The manager personally picked me up from the shop and assisted me with picking out a car. I even received a discounted upgrade on a 2023 Mustang . The person who assisted me on checkout was very friendly. The car was very clean. Overall a 10/10 experience”
