“This is my 3rd time going to Shaun and each time was the same result - EXCELLENT. Can't find him? He's near the apple store! Can't miss him. Great customer service and prices. Just tell Shaun what you're looking for and budget, he has no problem showing a variety and explaining the products. I'm more familiar with Kay and Pandora, but never again, because this is the place to be. In other words, he knows his stuff and he's more than fair. If you don't believe me, compare to the other jewelry shops around here, you can't beat him. The picture below, other places, easy $200+. For here, for everything in the picture, less than $140. Not only this is family owned, but they have deals worth wild. For example, the 3 rings were buy 2 and get 1 free! What's cool about them too, if you fidget, you can spin the chains in the middle. The variety of what he carries is no joke and he continues to have new products every week. Highly recommended!”

“I'm so happy I found this place. The owner did a wonderful job on my gold bangle bracelet. The bracelet had been fixed twice by different jewelers. Nowhere near this workmanship. He was able to replace the clasps on my pearl bracelet without having to restring it. Wonderful job. He also fixed the broken watch band on my sons watch. No need to replace the band as I thought. The work he's done is a lost art. His attention to detail and the workmanship is just wonderful. He takes pride in his work and he very nice too. I recommend.”

“Went on the hunt to two sentimental pieces fixed up. I had a hell of a time finding a silversmith but a local jeweler recommended this place as they only did platinum and gold rings. The place is unassuming and kind of cluttered at first sight but there are literal hidden gems everywhere. The store owner Scott knows his stuff! He's eccentric for sure but a brilliant craftsman and has a great passion for what he does. Once you get him talking, you understand how invested he is in his craft. Doesn't have conventional customer service skills but does have genuine joy when customers are happy with his work. And the price was reasonable. $30 for upsizing my ring and $20 for my other project. (Not posting as it is a gift). I left a very happy customer and will be back for a few of his custom pieces. If you are a thrifter, silver wearer or just love thing-a-mabobs, this place is for you!”

“Go see Mo ! My dad bought me a very expensive watch here. I wasn't crazy about it. I wanted to exchange it for another watch but a brand Zena doesn't carry. I called and asked what I could do. Moe special ordered what I really wanted from his wholesale contact and then matched the best price I ever found on that watch! He treated my Dad and me like family.”

“Took a moderately expensive watch in for a battery replacement and a cleaning/tune-up as it was lagging by about 1-2mins per week. I arrived 20mins before closing to an empty kiosk. Assuming he'd closed early, I started to walk away but luckily he saw me from accross the mall and rushed back to help me. He quoted just under $50 for the work and began immediately. The final price was exactly the same as his estimate. While waiting I grabbed some food but spent a bit too much and ended up being short by $2 when it time to pay. He graciously let it slide. Today, 3 Months later, the watch is still running great without any loss of time. 10/10”
