I made an over the phone purchase with Michael from out of state and the process could not have been easier. Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous and made me feel confident with my watch purchase. I would have no problem working with him again.

I bought my wife our wedding ring at Barons. It was pricey but I guess it was worth it. However, whenever we go back to service her ring, the sales folks at times pressure us to upgrade to a more expensive ring... It's not a good feeling to be pressured.They have good cookies though.
