“love this place its easy and cheap to get copies print stuff I even bought a thumb drive that plugs directly into my phone for $10 and then I plugged the thumb drive into the giant copy machine to print the files that I copied from my phone onto the thumb drive. nice friendly helpful staff. usually busy lots of happy customers.”

“I’m usually not fond of post offices due to the long lines and the unfriendly staff, but I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this particular Pleasanton location. I went in for a passport for my child and although I forgot an item, instead of turning me away, they were extremely understanding and accommodating. Hetal, the rep who helped me, was so sweet and full of smiles. She was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our time. Thank you Hetal! From now on, I will go out of my way to visit this location for all my post office needs!”
“my husband and I have been to this store multiple times. Every time, the customer service has been superb. Much better than any other UPS store in Pleasanton. They even do passport photos and are super quick. Took only 7 minutes from asking the lady if they do the photos to walking out with my photos.”
