“We recently purchased a Dream Max from Caspar at this store. It was a pleasure shopping there. Bissan Hamideh, the Store Manager, did a wonderful job explaining the different mattress offering.
Shortly after it was delivered there was a minor problem with the mattress. Upon contacting Bissan about it, she demonstrated that their service and support is as good as their product. She made arrangements to get a new mattress delivered and set up in our home. She coordinated with Caspar's customer service department, kept us apprised of the progress, and followed-up to assure everything was resolved.
We now own 2 Caspar mattresses. I highly recommend their product and endorse Bissan sales and support efforts with 5 stars!”
