purchased a phone from a young lady named Shawanna and I appreciate her so much but thank you for showing me how to operate the phone. I really needed to know how to properly store my photos and send them out for professional use, and I did not know what I was doing. I know I had to get photos out and you took your time and taught me step by step-patiently how to probably operate my iPhone I want to thank you so much for being a gentleman. “I went to this store for my new iphone 15 pro max pick up on exchange of my 11 pro max. The store quickly got the new phone out and there was a representative who stayed with me through the process to ensure all formalities are done properly and as required.
I traded in my 11 pro max for $ 250 here after using for 4 years and 6 months. Pretty decent value return.
Since my friend is an apple employee also got a 15% discount on the phone.
