A level of treatment I've come to know & expect, I am happy to say that with each interaction I have constantly been greeted & treated with every single time!!In the past over the many years of a transactional relationship, there has of course been unexpected situations and/or minor mix-ups, to me an understandable situation being that no one nor anyone business/entity is perfect. To me, the details that spoke volumes above the rest were how much they did to make sure they "corrected/fixed & solved to a level that I found satisfactory." Instead of giving me the run around while trying to point the finger elsewhere, They specified/verified the current (or highest priority) problem that had been the result of whichever circumstance caused the mix-up. Then quickly & Concisely presented me with all the different Solutions available, Along with what each one would entail plus the end results, Highlight the differences between the options. After I had made my decision on how to progress getting the project back on track, the sales representative that I was working the with then took this opportunity (While it was still relevant and fresh in both of our minds) Look back app previous communications to figure out what specifically caused the initial breakdown and how to prevent it from happening again. Once all of that hadn't happened they continued to still really go out of their way to make sure I felt compensated for the delays caused mix up before finally doing a quick rundown for all the rest of my future or ongoing projects, To make sure they were not only in on track but also verifying all key details.Great experience overall, In my also humble opinion, misses one of the few companies classic that takes the phrase "The customer's always right" to heart seemingly keeping it as one of the corporation's core values.”

“Anthony and Chris are awesome people! I came in and Chris educated me on the differences between iPhones and Androids completely unbiased. I have always had an iPhone and I was curious about possibly making the switch. He educated me on the pros and cons that each one has and I didn’t feel like he was trying to talk me into one or the other, but rather, helped lead me to my own decision by educating me on both. They were very helpful to me when I had lost my iPhone X and helped me to replace it with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I felt very taken care of and heard. I explained to them what I wanted and what I did not want for my plan and they made exactly that happen with swift and ease. This is by far my favorite T-Mobile store and when I was living on the other side of town, I made the effort to drive to this store specifically because of how well I am greeted and treated every time I go in there. Chris and Anthony thank you so much for your help! Amazing customer service goes such a long way and you both made me feel so much better after losing my phone! Give these guys a raise!”

“When I switched my phone carrier from Verizon, whether by mistake or not, Verizon kept the SIM lock on my year-old phone. I had to go to the store in person to get this fixed because my number had already switched to the new carrier. The associate, Parker, was very polite and sat on hold with Verizon customer service to troubleshoot the issue. (Verizon was not helpful at all.) The new manager, Enrique (I hope I remembered his name right!) almost immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. Everyone was polite and helpful. What was a very frustrating situation ended up being a good experience!”

“Brian is awesome!! My husband and I went in to the shop looking for a Mario Kart game for PS4, which doesn't exist for that gaming console lol but us not knowing better had no idea, anyway, Brian was in and he gave us the proper education and guided us towards the system we needed to play that game. Well, I had not considered a Nintendo Switch at all before this and had to go home to study them a little. By that evening I was sold, went back the next day and Brian was thankfully working! He got us the Switch OLED and we picked up a few games (including Mario Kart!) We have played it every day since, such a fun together activity Thank you Brian! Your knowledge, kindness and patience was so appreciated!!”

“This review is for all the people who do Drive-Up deliveries to cars. You ALL are AMAZING. Seriously. Every single time the person bringing out my order is kind, friendly, professional and wonderful. I have to use Drive Up often and am always humbled by how considerate and pleasant they are despite it being a difficult job - I have heard from a gf who used to do it. I've had to do returns this way too, even when a new employee wasn't sure how to process it - nothing but patient, professional, and a joy to interact with. Thank you guys so much! “I have been going to this store for almost 15 years now. Under the same ownership since the first day it was brought to our Springtown area. I have to say recently this store is becoming one of my favorites! There is new management under the same owner, that care about the store & its wellbeing. Friendlier clerks, great service, reasonable prices, and one thing that other 711 stores in Livermore cannot relate to.... GOOD Hot FOOD!!! After a long day at work I stop by for a slice of pizza and a taquito. These guys always have fresh food hot & ready, so no matter the time of day I can grab my slice & big gulp and go about my day. Really happy the store is feeling and looking better now!”

“Hats off to my new friend, Deep, at this 7-11!!! I visited this store on Dec 2, 2019. It had just gotten dark, and I was lost. I was staying with my daughter in Brentwood, and went to visit a dear friend in Livermoor. Somehow, I missed my turn to get back on Vasco Rd, and my cell phone only had 5% left on it, so I couldn't use my GPS. I was borrowing my daughter's car and it didn't have the proper attachment to charge my phone. So I started searching for a gas station. This was the first one I came to. I went inside to see if there were any paper maps. I can read a map like nobody's business!! But, they didn't sell them. Deep told me that I could get one at Walmart. I told him I was totally lost, not from the area, as I live in Washington state. He tried to tell me how to get to Walmart, but I must have looked completely confused. He asked if I had my charger with me. I did. So he offered to let me charge it there. He was so kind to me. He made sure that I was comfortable. He told me that I reminded me of his grandmother. I took it as a compliment, as I am a senior citizen. I stayed in the store for about 20 minutes. Deep was polite to everyone who came into the store. The store was clean and so was the bathroom. I doubt I will find myself in that part of Livermoor again, as my friend lives on the other side of town, but if I do, I will be sure to visit it again, and perhaps see my new friend Deep.”

“My friend got a flat tire. We had a spare but didn’t know how to put it on. We went inside and asked if someone could help us. Jon or John not sure of the correct spelling was so helpful and helped us take the old tire off and put the spare on. He was so nice and professional about it. Awesome job!!”

“Good service seems to be a thing of the past. Overall, 7-11 isn't known for having good service or good employees, in my experience. I stopped at this location yesterday and found that this isn't the typical 7-11 and the young lady working there isn't your typical employee. The store was clean and the clerk was friendly and helpful. After our brief encounter, my day felt happier as she was so pleasant. Good parenting most likely played a big role in her life. Thank you. I don't live close to this store but visit Livermore fairly often. I look forward to stopping by again.”
