“I'd give her more stars I I could. Wendy and her entire team are Great. She gives you a full set of blue print plans that you can hand over to any contractor. She thinks of EVERY little detail and her measurements are perfect. She knows what's in and what's not, and he knows how to maximize space. We wanted an island and I thought it could be squeezed into the kitchen. After review the space, we realized it just wasn't possible. I felt much better going through the measurements to understand that! It showed me that she really knows how to build spaces, that work! Her team is fabulous and they are very helpful and responsive. Can't say enough about her and the team. I would recommend them to anyone, and I've referred many already. We would use her for any project going forward. She's busy and it takes a while to get on her schedule but it's worth it! Being busy shows that she's good!”

Ben was extremely helpful and patient. I never built concrete countertop, but guys at this store made this project extremely easy. It is definitely a lot of work, but I am happy with the result. I simply wouldn't be able to complete this project without Ben's help. The customer service is beyond belief. It is almost impossible to find this level of support, especially for DIYers like me. “Wow! This company is night and day from the rest. I had them redo my bathroom about 5 years ago. I was very busy and didn't have time to get too involved but wanted it to look nice. It sure does. The process was seamless and the outcome lovely and they took such great care with my home and it didn't ever feel intrusive.Fast forward to 5 weeks ago. We are having our other bathroom redone. I went with a different company because I was thinking the price with Douglah Designs was too high. UGH! What a mistake. I would have probably paid 15% more if I went with them, but the difference is significant. The Designer was outsourced and not in communication with the PM. The PM on this job has dropped so many balls that I have been managing the project myself which is so time consuming and stressful. The house is a mess, they aren't cleaning up, they are cutting corners and I'm getting gaslit when I try to mention it. All of this to say, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for the full wow experience, Douglah Designs is that experience. Next project... I will call them for sure!”

From my first visit to the showroom, meeting Brittany and how she actually showed interest and listened to what I liked and wanted to helping me pick out the material and style and explain the differences between regular cultured marble and granite cultured marble to the size of the shower pan .......... Then, how it would all be done and the cost, itemized line by line.............Dan, the man who did the work,,, No words can describe his attention to detail and the incredible job he did and the care he showed and always asking me if I was happy with what was being done........... I was thrilled........ Brittany and Dan thank you so much ......... Personally, after thinking about doing my bathroom for over 15 years, I am so glad I wanted until I found someone I could trust, a fair price and not worry about the quality of the workmanship.
