Terrible policy about canceling total memberships that are suppose to automatically renew. Best Buy should do more to try and reach the “ valued customer” before canceling. One Email and one text is not enough, the customer should get voice mail calls/messages and/or still be able to reinstate with an extra fee. I will be canceling my credit card & membership and I will not shop at Best Buy ever again.

I bought A Washer and dryer on 2/21/2024 at Best Buy in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. The Delivery Date was Set for Today, and Someone had Big Balls to Change My Delivery date to 3/16/24 and the Actual date is Today 3/15/24. Then I Called to Speak to A Supervisor and 3 Employee Refused My Request, to Speak to A Supervisor. No Consumer Should Have A Bad Experience Purchasing A Product. Shame On Them. They All Will Answer To The Creator of ALL Existence.

David on Monday nov 27th at around 8:20 is the reason I am returning everything I can from this store and won't go back. I asked to speak to a manger and David had attitude and told me to just go away. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from start to finish. These employees shouldn't be at work.

I came here to look for some early Christmas shopping gifts , but i noticed that they are very short staffed here. I was waiting in the electronics section for 15-20 mins until someone could help answer some questions for me .I felt like every department I was shopping for had no workers. They definitely need to hire more help. Unfortunately it was not a successful shopping experience here today .

I shop here a lot for all personal and business electronics. I needed a security camera for my truck yard. For some reason the salesman was unable to understand I wanted to purchase an item. Very frustrating. Fortunately the store manager, Jorge, stepped in and facilitated a smooth and easy transaction to get me and my business exactly what I needed. Thanks J, you are the best. Nothing beats the brick and mortar experience. I've been shopping this store since they opened. Still the best.

I needed to get a modem/router combo that can also work with a landline. I couldn't tell from the boxes which would work. Evidently Best Buy only has one guy familiar enough with the equipment, however he was helping a man with his cell phone, which was taking a long time. After a half hour, someone else came over who said he could help. I showed him my paper which had the requirements of what I needed. He looked at the boxes and gave me one that he said should work. I got it home and called our service provider as well as the manufacturer, to make sure it was set up. It was not what I needed, and since Best Buy only gave me 15 days to return it, I brought it back the next day, after wasting hours between the purchase and calling to hook it up.

This Best Buy has the laziest workers ever. They would rather just walk by you and avoid eye contact so they don't have to do anything. Don't you guys want to get out of working here and progress some point? Impossible to get any help here. I usually walk in already knowing what I want and I just need someone to grab it for me. Just grab it for me. Every worker here should be allowed to be able to get an item for me from every department. Instead of me having to wait for the department workers to finish up squabbling about whatever they're squabbling about to get more sales with other customers. This is a piece of advice for the customers. Look up your own specs, what you're looking for before you go into any store. It will save you so much time. In the long run, it will help you more than you going in to ask the sales person what the specs are. They will just try to push you towards something more expensive or out of your price range. They're trying to make a sale, so do yourself a favor and just look at the specs yourself. That way, there isn't a a huge wait for ppl who LITERALLY JUST WANT TO TO GO IN AND MAKE A 2 minutes purchase. I just want to go in and out. Literally the quickest sale of your life. Piece of advice for the workers- it would be smarter for you guys to just make the quick sale instead of " talking up" an item for someone who would most likely say no thank you anyways. This place is probably not my ideal nor is it my favorite place to think about when I need to buy some thing. It's the only Best Buy in the area. I'll have to look for something else.

They have one person helping everyone. Not very knowledgable, either. It takes an hour just to speak to geeksquad, and that's with an appt. When you ask to speak to the manager so you can try to ask questions as a concerned customer. It ends up being a condescending dbag. All they do is treat you as a number.I have already stopped making large purchases at Best Buy. They just take your money any chance they get. They charge you to join TotalTech and then charge you a "Service Fee" just so they can work on your item. Be warned, when they say your item can't be fixed, they don't refund your money, they give you store credit. Again, BE WARNED.Do not make major purchases with GeekSquad or Best Buy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Best Buy has become a scam now. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm paying off my credit card, and that's it.BTW, this sign is a false advertisement. You wait around while they take walk-ins.

SINCE I USED THE GEEK SQUAD MY BILLING HAS ALWAYS BEEN ALTERED I JUST ASSUMED SOMEONE WAS USING THE CARD BUT THE SENARIO THAT BEST BUY GAVE ME OF A CREDIT OF AN UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT THEY WOULD REFUND 1/2 OF IT BACK??? AND ACCORDING TO THE BANK NON OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE! THIS IS THE HORRIBLE SIDE OF HAVING PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE ABOVE U /EXPLOITING U/ TRYING TO FALSELY OVERDRAW MY ACCOUNT IS A NASTY NASTY SOUL. SINCE THE GEEK SQUAD HAS COME MY HOME HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY VANDALIZED AND FINALLY THEY TOOK THE REMOTES TO MY T.V.'S AS IF TO SAY I NEED WORK AND I HAVE TO FIGHT IT ALL THE WAY. Staff always new - therefore untrained on the software to process transactions. Floor "manager" is worse than regular employees. Speaks unintelligible sounds.Maybe they should pay these people reasonable wages so they can grow & become good at their work.All of the products are from China. Some are ok.It's a shame they have a market share here.

IMHOMy sister was interested in buying an Apple Watch. The "host/greeter" steered us in the direction of the department. A young salesman was busy stocking or organizing one of the locked displays and I was prepared to ask him for help when she was ready. Thankfully at the time, we were the only ones in the watch department. Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered our many questions and really knew his stuff. We didn't feel pressured at all. My sister made her decision to buy based on the information Kyle gave us. Kyle also recommended an additional wristband for use when she exercises. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience. I felt bad that another customer had to wait a long time until Kyle was finished helping us, before he could be helped. This is not just a BEST BUY problem, but more salespeople need to be hired. If I had been the one waiting for customer service of any kind, I would've been very upset. Will my sister return? Most likely.
