“I moved into these apartments in November 2015. At the time the LL was Elizabeth, who was an absolute horror story to rent with. She would berate residents, berate the UPS and Fed Ex drivers that were there to deliver packages, would often ignore service requests, and finally let her boyfriend help manage the building although he was not an employee of Beverly Hills Properties. However, about a year before I moved we got a new LL, Nary. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I was so sad when I moved out (I was relocated to a new city for work). The apartments and residents are fantastic, and Nary is the absolute best!”

“We lived here for a little over two years and moved out in March due to moving to another state. Scott, who's the property manager, and Nelson, savior who fixes everything, were fantastic and always very responsive. As with any apartment, things go wrong, but the follow up was always very quick and the fixes were not just bandaid solutions. The reviews made us choose this place over another, so hoping I can pass along the same confidence.”

“I took a tour of this property today and it seems like a very lovely place to live. The building has beautiful views of its Koreatown neighborhood. It's also very clean and quiet. Jenny Molina, who works in the leasing office, and Zach Bane, who was my leasing agent, were amazing when giving me the rundown of the property. They were very thorough with their information and very pleasant people as well. I viewed a studio and a one-bedroom apartment, which both were gorgeous. They both have balconies, lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Hampshire Place Apartments is a place where I can see myself living happily long-term.”

“I've been in the Marina since 1991. This team has been the best I've ever seen. The dock master Cheryl, Management Sarah and Anthony and leasing team Jordan and Michael are always very attentive and ready to help when I call and come into the office. 5 stars all around!”

“We have moved in the Archer for a month. And both the move-in and living experience are so incredible. The property manager Haley is so helpful and friendly. The location and decoration of the property are great. The whole property is safe. And I have to mention how great and helpful Dre is during our application process. He negotiated good deal and ideal move-in date for us. He responded our messages really quickly(even during the weekends). I really recommend having him as your contact for the application.”

“I have been a Modera Hollywood residence for 2,5 years and have had the absolute BEST experience with the community and management. The management team is the greatest I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. They have made me feel safe and at home since BEFORE I even moved in. Truly, the best team. Karim is always helpful, communicates efficiently and very quick to solve anything you'd ever have an issue with. Ed and Loui from maintenance are supreme. “Yes, it’s important to point out the maintenance has greatly improved over the past few months. Yesterday, Joesph came by and replaced the water and air filters. He did a good job and I was surprised how quickly he responded, less than 24 hours from my first request. Joesph has been to my apartment before and he is always friendly and professional. I understand that there has been an additional serviceman employed by Esprit, this is great news.”

“This review is only for the viewing, as I don’t live here… yet ;).Erin called me on a Saturday, replying to an inquiry I sent online, and I just so happened to be in the area doing errands and she accommodated my schedule right away. She gave a lovely tour of the grounds and showed me some units I wasn’t even really considering, but instantly loved! She was working off of my boyfriend and my reaction to the units I was originally interested in and really hit the nail with the others. Erin explained everything very thoroughly and even took the time to email me right away when I asked for some info. Very responsive, effective management from Erin!!!Travis helped me with some administrative and logistical tasks of filling out my paper application. He was very quick and very helpful when answering my questions.Even the cleaning staff was so friendly while I was waiting in the lobby.I feel like Erin and Travis really worked well together and it elevated my experience as a future resident. I’m very happy to have had such an amazing start to a beautiful new chapter at Pacific Plaza!”

“I am moving on September 1, and I love the place. The people in the leasing office are wonderful, polite, and helpful. Vans on Fairfax is one of the most elegant apartments I have looked at during my long, arduous work trying to find a place suitable for me. I love their decor. It’s very futuristic, and I love the way they have. Their townhouse is incorporated into the community. Vinz on Fairfax is also located in what I consider one of the best locations in Los Angeles.”

“I'm a long time resident.18 years SVT has been my address.Plain and simple...I (we) love it. My fiancée has 10 years experience herself now, and our rescue doggos have 3 and 5 each.Yes, SVT is a pet friendly community.Feels like an old-school residence with plenty of new and improved updates.New ownership jumped right in and began upgrading. Everything. Inside and out.Sure, upgrades and improvements come with issues and inconvenience, but the efforts our residential management team make it okay. And, you can count on them. All that they provide makes this a wonderful community and residence to live in. Plus, the property is clean and well maintained because the services of Joel and Jose whom are constantly working on something to keep this place in the best condition possible.The amenities are great too; beautifully remodeled and upgraded swimming pool with comfortable lounging/sun bathing area. The upgraded rooftop social lounges with amazing views. Did I mention Pet Friendly. Accessible and convenient laundry rooms, subterranean parking, beautiful entryway, clean and secure.Now, being an older resident, I have an older apartment, but I've been in plenty of the newly remodeled apartments, and they are two thumbs up. Love the hardwood floors. Very nice.When it comes to neighborhoods, what could be better. Short walk to the beach, Palisades Park and the famed Santa Monica stairs for a healthy workout, and you have all of San Vicente Blvd island if you're a runner/jogger/walker.Easy access to PCH and 10Fwy, and everything else is minutes away.If you like the beach, like a quieter side of town, or just want to live in a really beautiful space, I recommend SVT.”

“The excellent service and or maintenance provided by both Javier and Sergio is truly top notch. They are always so quick to respond to any issue- whether it is just a light bulb for my patio or advocating on my behalf so that I may have a brand new washer/dryer (my old ones were not working well). This superior service is extremely difficult to find in downtown SM where the population is so transient. It is one of those factors many don't think about when considering a new home but definitely should be considered.In addition, the new front office manager (Elijah) has been a gift to this community. He has gone to great efforts to bolster security by changing key codes, locks (back door alley), and quickly responding to tenant needs.”

“My fiancé and I have been living at SVT for a few months now and I can truly say, WE LOVE IT HERE! From feeling safe to enjoying our view every day it's such a great feeling. The security, leasing office, maintenance man, they are all so kind and make us feel at home. We've also made friends with our neighbors on our floor as well as below us. Everyone is friendly. Since we've moved in, Rosie (the propery manager) has been so helpful and answered any questions we had. She checks on her tenants to ensure they are happy which I LOVE! Makes us feel more at home knowing that she cares and knows our name, as well as our fur baby :) I highly recommend looking into living here. There's lots to do such as walk the stars, lay out by the pool, make you a cup of coffee from the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby. Not to mention, there are 3 different Targets in less than 3 miles of eachother, Starbucks in walking distance, and a Trader Joe's a block away. You won't regret living here!!!!”

“We moved to this place just earlier this month and it already feels like our new home! The location is perfect as it is within 10 min walk to the beach and the Promenade is right around the corner. I was initially concerned about possible noise as our windows face Broadway, but once all the doors and windows are closed, it gets really quiet. Lastly, I wanted to mention our wonderful experience with the leasing team. It’s been a pleasure working with Elijah! He is very welcoming, accommodating, and professional. If I have any concern, it’s always addressed in a timely manner.”

“Mirabella is in a beautiful area near shopping, beaches, and restaurants. I love how zen it is here. Shukura who works on the customer relations team is wonderful. She really works with you to make sure your needs are met. If I ever have a problem she has it immediately resolved. I plan on living here long term.”

“Iconic intersection in Hollywood. Fun during the day and night.If you're planning to visit Los Angeles, go in the spring or fall. You'll avoid tourist lines and the crowd. Be sure to visit areas like Hermosa beach, Torrance and Pasadena instead of the Instagram places like Venice or Malibu. LA is huge, be sure to enjoy it all!!”

“As of the last 3 months: Laundry is no longer safe - a neighbor had someone actually remove their clothing from a machine and throw it away in the garbage and I have had my laundry cycles disturbed by other tenants (i.e. stopped dry cycle and removed all my items from the dryer). I've had a guest of a resident threaten to physically assault me once "they got inside" for not opening the front door for them - they were clearly intoxicated and I did not feel safe opening the door for someone I did not recognize. Maintenance staff are always friendly and provide great service.”

“I love Reveal. It’s one of the most tasteful, well-planned and beautifully designed complexes in Playa Vista. It’s quiet and tranquil and low-stress and only has good vibes. One thing I have noticed most is how nice it smells throughout the entire community. I can’t figure it out…how do they do it!?”

“Ocean club is the best. Absolutely love living here.The pool overlooks the ocean and we are walking distance, bike ride, or short Uber to all the fun the southbay has to offer. The staff are very kind and we really have a great community of wonderful people here. Also, a huge shout out to the maintenance staff for keeping the property so clean! Thanks ocean club!!!”
