“I wish I would've gotten the lady's name that helped me but she went above and beyond to get me the feed that I needed. She called in some "muscle" to dig down through a stack of feed in the back to get me the last bag they had. Then she took me to the customer service desk and ordered feed especially for me. I am truly thankful and so sorry I didn't get her name to give her the credit she deserves.”

“Michelle and the entire staff are amazing!!!!-All of them-went over and beyond the call of duty-AND did all-in record time!!! so we can be warm tonight---projected 27 degrees---for my elderly mother and I--They had to pull in the muffler shop next door to assist me in the repair of our woodburning stove!!! Who does that? Well, Country Elegance does...I don't know another company that would have gone that far. They took the emergency status of our situation VERY serious-W/O a doubt--You have no need to take your business elsewhere. The store is beautiful-they have everything you could ever need-for pizza stoves too-great cookware and other bbq and rotisserie supplies, their repair crew is second to none-and having lived in the area for 23 years-I know this! :)”

“Great little gift shop, all dressed up on this December day for the holidays. All sorts of Christmas ornaments, some Christmas decor and gifts, and hand-made items, too. Will definitely be back after Christmas to see what they have when they are no longer stocked to the walls with Christmas cheer. Prices seemed to be fair, and the staff person working the floor had a nice smile for the customers. One little drawback, minor really, is there is not much room to travel through the store. My path was blocked a few times by other shoppers. Not unexpected, actually, just worth noting since it was a weekday. I'm sure weekends are quite a bit more busy.”

“Mattywags ain't your ordinary gift shop. It's for folks with a sense of humor and a desire to purchase all sorts of fun fripperies. By the way I didn't make that word up. Frippery was the word that the shop uses to describe themselves. It's a fun word to say. It means an unnecessary ornament in architecture, dress, or language. The shop is on Main Street in Historic Placerville, CA. The shop is filled with fun, frivolous fripperies that you didn't know you wanted. Just stop on in and take a gander.”

“One step inside this beautiful shop and you'll feel like you're in a spa. I purchased several of their 'Among the Flowers' gift sets for holiday gifts and everyone loved them and they were shipped without an issue and boxed and wrapped very nicely. Will be shopping here again.”

“I love this ross. They have the best stuff and I always find that I'm looking for. Clothes, bedding, blankets, they have the best blankets. They have lots of cool toys, shoes, snacks and goodies. I get my pillows, towels and linens here too. The gal that checked us out tonight was super helpful and nice. We really appreciated her kindness. Thank you!”
