“Alex is one of the most helpful sales people I have meet. Through the process of getting a truck through Z Motors , Alex was there through getting a lender and was very communicative about all options available to me to the open lenders and helped me choose the best lender for our loan for our new truck, he has great vehicles for sale and very low mileage, we found our 2007 Toyota tundra that my wife fell in love with, and we drove from San Diego to Orange County to pick up our new truck, Alex made sure we were happy with our purchase and happy on the test drive and the truck ran perfect, my wife was extremely happy on the purchase, Alex by far hands down is one of the kindest and most helpful person purchasing a vehicle through Z Motors , thank you again Alex for all your help ! Chris & TamaraFollow up update after having the truck for 5 months , we are having starting issues and the truck turns off while driving on the road and contacted Alex about the issues we are having with this truck which only had 54,000 miles on it in which there mechanic should have completed any services or issues on the truck , making payments on a truck that doesn’t run at times nor doesn’t start felt as we’ were sold a bad truck with false pretense that this was a good truck , now dealing with more expensive cost to run diagnostics on this truck , shouldn’t be fair to a customer to deal with only having the truck for 5 months and no answer from the dealership or Alex about the problems the truck may have had, if buying a car from this place make sure to have a mechanic go with you to make sure your getting a good vehicle that runs .”

“Orange Auto Transport saved the day, our fist auto transport's truck broke down in Yuma, and after several days the original transport could not perform, I called Orange Auto Transport , I found them to be very pleasant to work with and delivered my car the very next day :). I wish I would have called them sooner, the driver had to unload my car off the broke down trailer and load it on to his trailer at some random parking lot in Yuma. The driver was a great communicator, he actually picks up the phone when you call him, very honest . Orange Auto was a little more than than other quotes I got, but for service it was worth it. “I found a low mileage 2103 Avalanche online for a reasonable price and came to the dealership to check it out. It had a clean record, looked great, and ran well. Melissa took me for the test drive and besides a few small issues they agreed to fix, Melissa and her manager Alex agreed on a price and did the deal that day.
After driving it for a week I noticed a squeak coming from the wheels. The dealership policy is that after a sale, they'll only cover 50 percent of drivetrain repairs, so I was prepared to have to pay for this wheel problem myself, but Alex the manager had the brakes replaced for me and the squeak is gone.
Having worked at a dealership before, I know he didn't have to fix the issue, so I'm so grateful for the exceptional service and the great truck. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.”
