“I can't believe what I'm reading!! From all these negative reviews, I can only conclude that there must have been a disconnect in the communication. Melissa is a very caring woman who only wants the customer to be completely happy with their purchase. And Chuck, he is such a compassionate man who takes pride in selling only the best used vehicles. I just bought my third car from them and over the many years that I have dealt with them they have been nothing but kind and caring. The whole office is filled with caring people. When you walk through those doors they treat you like family and only want to put you in a vehicle that you feel good about purchasing. They even help people who have less than perfect credit find a car that fits their budget. And Pennington's stands by their vehicles! Over the last 10 years they have sold me some really great cars! I will not shop anywhere else. I'm sorry that others have not had the same experience and maybe they just need to give them another try because all that I have read is the complete opposite of what I have experienced through the years. “Alex is one of the most helpful sales people I have meet. Through the process of getting a truck through Z Motors , Alex was there through getting a lender and was very communicative about all options available to me to the open lenders and helped me choose the best lender for our loan for our new truck, he has great vehicles for sale and very low mileage, we found our 2007 Toyota tundra that my wife fell in love with, and we drove from San Diego to Orange County to pick up our new truck, Alex made sure we were happy with our purchase and happy on the test drive and the truck ran perfect, my wife was extremely happy on the purchase, Alex by far hands down is one of the kindest and most helpful person purchasing a vehicle through Z Motors , thank you again Alex for all your help ! Chris & TamaraFollow up update after having the truck for 5 months , we are having starting issues and the truck turns off while driving on the road and contacted Alex about the issues we are having with this truck which only had 54,000 miles on it in which there mechanic should have completed any services or issues on the truck , making payments on a truck that doesn’t run at times nor doesn’t start felt as we’ were sold a bad truck with false pretense that this was a good truck , now dealing with more expensive cost to run diagnostics on this truck , shouldn’t be fair to a customer to deal with only having the truck for 5 months and no answer from the dealership or Alex about the problems the truck may have had, if buying a car from this place make sure to have a mechanic go with you to make sure your getting a good vehicle that runs .”

“I have been car shopping for 2 weeks now. I went to several car dealerships and small dealers as well. Some would not even look at you or even talk down on you. I was literally walking around with a bunch of cash in my pocket and ready to buy a car at any second. Some dealers won't even have me look at the car when I asked if there is any wiggle room with car. So I gave Eze Auto Brokers a call. Best decision so far! They were super nice on the phone, answered my questions and even tried to get the deal that I wanted. Either way, I drove down to Orange County (2hrs). I walked in the door and they already knew that I came for a specific car. Without any words, he gave me the keys so I can go check it out. I took the car for a spin and everything was perfect. They honored their agreement, not like other dealers where they try to lure you in. I got the car that I wanted and met some nice people (Nick and Sava) on the way. “Inquired for a 2014 audi S4 and I had received a reply very quickly. After looking at the car at their dealership i had to buy it due to its unbeatable price and clean condition. I was provided with all the required documents and had received excellent customer service by a very friendly salesmen. The transaction was smooth and had no cutbacks. I’ve driven the car for about 700 miles since i had purchased it and i had been pushing it to its limits due to its 400+ hp which is very thrilling and it has been driving wonderfully with no engine lights or nothing. I had also checked in with the Audi dealership to have my car inspected and they had reported no misfires or any type of hardware or engine wear which had needed to be replaced.
