“All the staff have been wonderful at Petsmart. Jorge truly helped us the most. In the past 6 months we have adopted a dog, a cat, and several fresh water fish. It's been so fun! We went several places to look at fish as well, and no one came close to helping us as much as Jorge and making all of it fun/less overwhelming. Most places just tried to sell us things and said all the fish got along. Jorge was very clear in which ones would do best together and what to get based off of what we were looking for. We asked a thousand questions and you can tell when someone knows what they are doing, and he did! I did not expect to feel confident leaving the store but we did as much as you could expect being new fish tank owners! We are so grateful to him and everyone there being with us being regulars at this point! Thank you so much!”

“Wonderful place. Went for the dog self wash. Zero negative things to say. Products offered to wash my dog were awesome, better than anything I've used at home or at other self wash or grooming locations. Shopped in store afterwards and found the store very clean and organized. Staff was so helpful and offered me a coupon to save on my purchase. Ample parking was also a plus. I will be back.”

Notice the little chicks---so adorable and no surprise that they are all female. They are "sexed" at the hatchery per Wes (who I realized is the owner) and a Cal Poly Pomona graduate.
Not pretentious. Simple feed and supplies. They deliver direct too as I was leaving I spotted a truck full of hay pull out. Great help today---heavy bag. Prices are fair. Thanks to Wes & Shannon Alcott!”

“One of the best groomers birdie has had! As a Pomeranian her double coat is tricky and she was super matted when we arrived. The shop is lovely with a cute outdoor patio to enjoy some coffee in the sun while waiting. Staff and owners are super friendly and reassured me that Birdie was in perfect hands. Within 1.5 hours Birdie came out super soft and untangled. I’ll definitely becoming back!”
“After buying fish from Petco & Pet Smart, they all died. Our assumption is that they were all sick. We came to West Lake Aquarium, where they have a vareity of fish for fish tanks and outdoor ponds. The fish I bought were guppies and Glow fish, you can tell they are healthy and very well taken care of. I don't mind paying the difference as long as they are healthy and well taken care of. The owner was even happy to see us return to buy more Glow fish.”
