“I cannot thank the pet smart employee that helped me tonight 9/13/2023 between 8:15-8:34. I came in in a crisis, to be honest. Was greeted politely immediately by this employee - he answered all my questions and gave input in the midst of my confusion and anxiety. I left with my purchase feeling informed, cared for & like I received the best customer service I have ever received at a Petsmart in the 16 years of pet ownership. I didn't get a name- my receipt says "community cashier: 738113" - this employee has a couple of stray rescue dogs that are Maltese mixes and carry around socks instead of toys (from our conversation at check out)! I wish I had gotten a name! I hope management commends this employee for a 5 star customer service experience! Thanks for solving my crisis ! I will be back this next week to look at more things!”
