“The team at Carstar Russo Pittsburg is amazing, they have provided excellent service in a timely manner, they are honest and very helpful. My wife's car had made a knocking sound when she turns on the AC. We brought it to the dealership's service for diagnostic and they found dog/cat food in the engine area due to rodents. The dealership said it would cost over $700 to replace the fan motor damaged by the rodents plus $200 for another 1-hour diagnostic fee. We instead called our insurance to file a claim and they referred me to Carstar Russo. I'M SO GLAD WE WENT TO CARSTAR! They reviewed the car and found that the damage was just a simple connection issue. So they fixed it and didn't want to charge us at all. So, on top of their friendly, informative service, they are fair and honest. Highly recommended!”

“I had my 2014 BMW repaired at Tepa’s for a scratched and dented passenger door. Since it was covered under insurance, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, the entire process was incredibly smooth. They kept me well-informed and answered all my questions. My car was finished ahead of schedule, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Tepa for any bodywork you may need. They’ll be my first choice if anything else arises.”

“Tony is the epitome of great customer service and fairness. I visited this business for an estimate and was quite pleased with his thorough explanation of the work to be done for my collision damage. He was friendly and engaging, yet professional. After receiving his estimate, I immediately decided to use West Coast Autobody's services and not look any further for estimates. When my repairs are finished, I will give an updated review.”

Romeo at R&R called me back right away and could take my car in right away. He stayed in communication with me until my car was fixed. Thanks Romeo!”

“A great place, extremely knowledgeable staff. Can match any color you can think of no matter what it is that you've got that's that color bring it in, they can match it. Also the shop in Pittsburgh has the ability to make custom rattle cans. So if you need a Certain Shade of paint be it auto body or for whatever else. They can blend it and mix it up into a spray can for you. Some paints that way can be kind of expensive, I bought a two-part candy coat and it was around $89. But it's two cans of two specifically different colors. I would assume one can of just a straight color, would be what the one can of tinted cost. $20. The other can was a special clear with metal flake and tint. In general though great place. Whenever I have a problem trying to paint equipment, as I manufacture a lot of electrical chassis and repair equipment for audiovisual. I'm able to get small amounts of touch-up paint that will match anything from Modern equipment to Vintage RCA and General Electric proprietary colors. Make it even mimic shades of paint that have been shaded and oxidized should you want to finish product to look that way. Just remember you get what you pay for, if you want good quality you have to pay for it. So don't expect to go in there and get top notch quality paints custom loaded and rattle cans for $5.”
