“I drove here from Oxnard to send 2 DHL packages. The worker is friendly when I walked in. The guy scan, weight, and added a shipping pouch. Make sure you bring your shipping documents to avoid issues. They also take USPS, Fedex, and UPS parcels. My local area has a DHL service point but there are lack of reviews for parcels service and I'm wasn't comfortable dropping them off. This business will be my go to location for dropping off DHL parcels.”

“I came into fedex the other day in a complete panic! I had less than a hour to scan a document off my phone, drive 20 miles to have my dad sign them and have them faxed or else there would have been huge consequences..I'm technologically challenged so that's a issue too. I just have to say Amy gave the best customer service I've had in years. She made my issue her issue and got things handled fast, with the help of Miguel as well. I got everything done with time to spare. I really appreciated that”

“I had two items to return to Amazon and because of the items I couldn't take it to Kohls where they just take the items and put it in their own bags and return it. Since this was my first time returning something to a UPS store, I thought it would be the same process. The clerk let me know that I had chosen customer packaging but said they would put the items together and process the return, which they didn't have to do since it was my error. They were very accommodating, great customer service.”

“I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was due for overnight delivery. I came to this location because it's near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they weren't busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it did take a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size.”

“The lines are usually short but can be busy in the evenings. Usually, the last hour, they are open, but the line moves quickly. All the employees here are extremely helpful and always friendly. You can always buy postage and mail all letters, including priority mail, and you can even mail most medium-sized boxes and packages 24 hours and 7 days a week.”
