“I came into fedex the other day in a complete panic! I had less than a hour to scan a document off my phone, drive 20 miles to have my dad sign them and have them faxed or else there would have been huge consequences..I'm technologically challenged so that's a issue too. I just have to say Amy gave the best customer service I've had in years. She made my issue her issue and got things handled fast, with the help of Miguel as well. “I recently went to staples last night to get a publication printed out. Sonny was the only one in the printing department at the time. Let me tell you right now. Sonny needs a raise. Sonny's customer service was on point not to mention they were very patient, informative, and very friendly the whole time! My publication came out way faster than I expected. “I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was due for overnight delivery. I came to this location because it's near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they weren't busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it did take a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size.”

“I stopped by this USPS this morning to ship out my package that I'm returning. I already got the shipping label and everything so I just came here to drop it off. I found parking easily since I came right at 10am when the open. When I walked inside, only 2 people were in line and 1 person working the counter. It's very quiet in the building, like you're in the library. When it was my turn, the lady scanned my package and checked the weight. She also told me that next time I can use the kiosk near the front door to make things faster. I didn't know about the kiosk so if there a next time I have to come here, I'll try doing that.”

“The lines are usually short but can be busy in the evenings. Usually, the last hour, they are open, but the line moves quickly. All the employees here are extremely helpful and always friendly. You can always buy postage and mail all letters, including priority mail, and you can even mail most medium-sized boxes and packages 24 hours and 7 days a week.”

“I drove here from Oxnard to send 2 DHL packages. The worker is friendly when I walked in. The guy scan, weight, and added a shipping pouch. Make sure you bring your shipping documents to avoid issues. They also take USPS, Fedex, and UPS parcels. My local area has a DHL service point but there are lack of reviews for parcels service and I'm wasn't comfortable dropping them off. This business will be my go to location for dropping off DHL parcels.”
