However, John provided excellent recommendations and was so patient with all my questions, that I knew I was going to make my purchase at Plaza! And so...I came back a second time to sign up for the demo program to try out a few rackets. I have to say John was spot on and I found myself a new racket! “Flying kites in Berkeley is a tradition that should be passed along from generation to generation. Its the same as buying a kite here at HighLine Kites. The worlds smallest kite shop. “The store was cool, arranged nicely. They keep it tidy. Definitely an element of hurry and anxiety when shopping there during the holidays because everyone is hustling to get their stuff. Prices are still pretty high but it's Columbia, what do you expect. If you really look deep, you could find nicely priced items. In my opinion, the shoes are really where it's at but I could be wrong. Cool store located in a nice waterfront area, very nice. :)”

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offered an alternative when the item i was looking for did not come in a specific color, and ended up loving the alternative more than the original item! “As I company, I'm a big fan of T9. Love their brand, their products, their real-women athlete models. I had my first in-store experience in years when I came in to return something that I ordered online which didn't fit. The store did not disappoint. The associate who helped me was assisting others when I walked in, so I looked around for my replacement jumper. They didn't have it, but it was no problem. Within a few minutes, the T9 associate had processed my return, ordered another in the right size, and helped me order a pair of shorts I'd been eying in the catalogue (after trying on the size and deciding on a slightly different length and color). Both would get delivered to me at home for no delivery fee. I'm not sure how much the return and second delivery charges would have been, but I was happy to not find out. Now I'm so excited about my new summer jumper and shorts that will be coming soon!”
