“Got quoted $1300 for a leaking radiator at another mechanic, I brought it to Ruben. He lifted the car up to personally show me that there was no leak and that they had lied to me, he then offered to do the job for $200. He did it as well as some other work for a 100,000 mile tuneup and the car has been running wonderfully, work was honest and priced very fair. Hard to find a good honest mechanic but look no further than B A auto. Brought my truck in after for a list of repairs and everything was done perfectly including special requests. Grateful for the good work and I would recommend to anyone in need of auto work in the area.”

“My van's emission monitors don't reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didn't work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So that's when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and they'll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I don't have to bring it in again, but if I do I won't even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.”
“Good, fast service. Friendly staff. No muss no fuss. About $100 for an oil change (4.5qts synthetic + filter) and they check / top fluids etc. Not a bad price but maybe better other places, YMMV. I personally had a great experience so $100 well spent in my book”
“Our first time there. We were concerned when our regular VW repair person retired a couple of years ago. The Buslab people referred us to Fellows for smog testing our 78 VW camper bus. Fellows fixed a problem with the engine and got it to pass smog. Cost a bit more than I expected, but this was the first time in a couple of years that I'd had the van serviced, so I'd say it was a fair price given inflation. We'd go back there any time.”
“I was greeted by Trey and Jonah did the oil change and really liked the oil cleaner he used to clean out my oil pan and surrounding areas prior to my Oil Change. I received first class great service. Trey and Jonah did and excellent job. If you have not tried Oil Changers are Admiral Callahan in Vallejo Ca, I would strongly recommend you do! ?????”
“I we t un for a ' Routine Oil Change ' + Transnission Fluid Flush & Fill. Both Filters + Air Filter were changed. I requested ' New Spark Plugs '. They said Plug #2 was hard to ' Unscrew ' on a 2006 Accird EX. Fair Enough - said ' try a Mechanic Shop as we don't have the tool for that , and are afraid it,'ll ' break inside the Cylinder Head. Went to another shop nearby, and issue was ' Resolved '. I do appreciate their honesty in the matter. 120k Service performed @ 123k. An a ' Regular ', so they can peruse my history on their Computer !!! Reliable Shop that " Runs Specials Regilarly " !!! Worth a Visit !!! I believe the Entrance is on 8th. St. via the Gas Station lot nearby ......”

“Willing to pay a little more for the amazing customer service. Rather then my dealership who team around the corner before answering basic questions about new tires. Running at about $1200.00 I might add. Honesty run first by their father and now brothers are running with good conscious. Fair, honest and a square deal as the name states! Cars got new kicks!”
