“Always drove by this propane spot and never thought to refill my tank here since I just typically switch out at one of those self-service stalls. STOP DOING THAT AND COME HERE INSTEAD!Came Sunday morning just 1 person ahead of me and I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. The guy will help unload the propane tank from your car and reload it back into your car.It was super cheap to fill and I was charged $17 for my refill on a 15lb tank. Always coming here from now on.”

“This lady here finally used this amazing service and I’d like to share my experiences with all you lovely people who see my stuff and follow my suggestions. For the first time this 52 year old required assistance for her moving and came across the exceptional customer service given to me by Sales & Support from Corp. Reservations office. On 7/30/23 I left my call back # for U-Haul to return my call and this happened…Kevin AKA “Ali” was the Angel sent agent that heard me out during my call. I explained it was my very first time using U-haul and briefly explained my health condition to Kevin…he assured that he would assist in all that was possible to making this the best decision ever on using their services. I was asked a few personal questions about the size of my moving needs and from their all went super well and easygoing! A truck rental for 24hrs the pick location closest to me, the additional items needed for my moving of certain items and most importantly the needed help of movers from a 3rd party that U-haul and the estimated hours based on what I had and from where to where were the items being hauled to, Kevin the estimated time was on point 3 hours was all it took. This is used to make the loading and unloading as simple as can be to their customers! Download of an app. on to my cell phone and all my information would be their for future references. Easy drop of if truck and also easy payment process to the movers all sent to my phone. Literally Kevin made sure all that I required was available to me and or my family assisting me with no problem what so ever. It really took just a few minutes to do and all over the cell, just needing to pick up the truck and from their everything else would be fine and ready. I appreciate people like Kevin and applaud his services because when a man helps out a lady not knowing her personally but hearing her out and doing everything to assure that what is needed is given and that she can rest assured that all will be fine for me…that’s gold! Thank you again Kevin, muchas muchas Gracias keep up the amazing work you do for your customers and bravo! picked up my rental at Paramount location and there my experience was red carpet service given to me by Andrea who made sure the truck rental was the correct size based on the items that needed to be hauled by the movers. I decided to make an upgrade and I can thank Andrea for that great call because the perfect size vehicle was provided for everything to be taken in & out in just 1 move! Andrea brought the vehicle out and made sure all the equipment rentals I requested with Kevin were in the truck and explained again the payment and drop off of the vehicle and the app. information if I needed more time too all in the app, available to me by a touch of a few buttons. My personal stuff was already on file from Kevin handling that over the phone at local office screen shots of Driver’s license & payment information were confirmed. Thank you Andrea for your help and outstanding customer service! Robert the Manager came over to remind me that when payment to the movers was ready provided the # sent to me via text to my phone that was their code to receive the payment and to make sure that it was given until the service was done not before also the amount of gas in vehicle and what needed to be returned when dropping of truck. I was sent a text like an hour or less after leaving confirming my needed of start time for the moving. Movers arrived before scheduled time and my family could help with packing and directing while they moved and got everything hauled away and this made it super easier for everyone, drop off hauling was completed payment to movers ✅?drop off my rental handled by Adriana and Robert Manager at local branch with ease too and extremely helpful and professional! “Great little spot to quickly fill-up your gas tanks. It is a drive through more or less and you don't even need to get out of your car. Tips:You will NOT be able to refill 1 gallon Coleman tanks here, only 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon tanks and similar standard connectors.”

“I have been a frequent shopper at this Super A Food store for 7 years and they usually have the items that I'm looking for, unlike some supermarkets. One main reason why I shop at Super A is that they always had my favorite hard to find item with a Super A Okay price, which is Golden California longhorn mild cheddar cheese in the16 oz size. Sometimes I used to also buy that cheese at now defunct Valu-Mart, which used to be further up North on Rosemead Blvd. I noticed that particular cheese has been missing from the shelves for two months. I could not even find it at Vallarta market in Pasadena last week when I shopped there, which they always also had that in stock, if Super A happened to be out on those rare occasions. I went shopping there this morning to buy chorizo, good red lentil pasta, many other items, and yes Golden California longhorn cheese was replaced by the lousy Colby jack and and yucky sharp cheddar. I had that sinking feeling the longhorn style cheddar got "the boot," yet the shelf label of Golden California Longhorn was still attached on the shelf where the Colby Jack was placed. Still is I'm sure. The "Clearance special" tag below the label was an indication that the item will not be restocked. While leaving the deli aisle gently pushing a lightly filled shopping cart, a Super A employee with black hair and glasses was walking toward me with a cart full of boxes and I stopped to ask her if Golden California longhorn mild cheddar has been discontinued and she told me it indeed has, but may be back in stock again, since the manager has been making a great effort in trying to order that particular product. The Golden California mild cheddar cheese in the 16 oz block rectangular style has also been discontinued. She also told me that Golden California longhorn mild cheddar has been the best seller among that somewhat obscure brand of cheese and many customer's have been asking about it, since it last appeared on the shelf shortly before Christmas. She sounded surprised and disappointed as well that it is no longer in stock, at least for the moment, yet she sounded positive about it's return to the shelf. Hopefully it's only temporarily discontinued, due to the current listeria outbreak and recalls of many brands of cheese, though no contamination has been mentioned among that brand. Mild longhorn cheese is the only cheese I like, especially that brand since it has that distinctive caramel like taste and smooth texture to it unlike any other cheese and tastes soo good melted on chorizo as well as raw slices on tropical fruits and cantaloupe. That style of cheese has been a rare find over the last ten years and Golden California longhorn mild cheddar was the only cheese in that style I could find around my area, like Super A in Temple City. It is the best cheese in my opinion. I'm so sad to see it go. It's like losing a best friend. The rectangular brick version of the mild cheddar tasted okay, but not quite like the one and only longhorn. Whoever made the decision, to discontinue the longhorn mild cheddar cheese, most likely the manufacturers and management of the company, gave the hook to the lead singer and star of the brand. The Queen Diva or the King of cheddar! Whatever you prefer to call it. lol. That cheese is pure GOLD! I applaud the manager's sincere efforts at trying to retain and restock Golden California longhorn mild cheddar cheese in the 16 oz size and I hope it makes a miraculous comeback to the shelves soon. I'm sure many more customers do too. In the meantime, I will continue to shop at Super A Foods for the menudo, chorizo, and that golden orange Mexican papaya I like with raisins.”

Andrew was great professional and helpful; but only reason i don’t give 5 stars: 2 guys need csr training- received angry call from Larry stating they haven’t heard from me when I’d been calling daily& over-quoted charges; the guy who took my final payment on 11/29 could not be bothered with decent humanity no eye contact, short incomplete answers, left us waiting in silence as if we needed special clearance to converse though had several casual conversations with another employee mid-transaction; U-Haul has great prices doing business was great pleasure until last guy who left bad feeling in my gut and phone call was just to bring on anxiety Will do everything possible to use another U-Haul shop next time. “My friend and i were treated with fast trac service A+ and we didnt even have a reservations. johnathon the young gentelman was so professional and helpful he seemed like he has been doing his job for years (customer service) thank you johnathon i was the passenger with my friend m cerda and i think i had left window open i called spoke with nice rep jeanette who then trasnfer me to ndu they were all very nice and helpful thank u and for managers who read this you should really keep ur eyes on ela cust service rep johnathon for his age he was so professional i was completely blown away of his etiquette in customer service it takes people years to be that good in CS he is a keeper i do job placements for a living im going to be upfront i would probably take him from uhaul but he looks like he really enjoys serving and helping customers with u-haul u got a winner there hard ti find these days and who ever trained him kudos to you to. I was a very satisfied with rental and service m.cerda i recieved i was contact person on his contract. i was really suprised ela rating being low because i didnt experience nothing but help and in and out excellent service. “Thank you to manager, Cesar, who called and turned my horrible experience around. After being accused of damaging the van I rented, Cesar, returned from vacation to learn about the situation. He took the time to review the history on the vehicle and discovered that the damage in question was pre-existing. He made it clear to me that he and U-Haul as a company value their customers and work to earn long-time, repeat, customers. He apologized for how the situation was handled and for the stress it caused me. I appreciate his effort to make it right. The value of that cannot be overstated.”

“I was on my way home from a very long day and stopped in to 7-Eleven last night. I knew the grocery store across the street had just closed (everything closes way too early in Los Angeles). I looked around for some hamburger buns or bread and didn't see any on the shelves. I asked the clerk if they had any. He said no and asked if I was making some hamburgers at home. Then asked how many I needed. I said like two. He went into the back and came out with a bag and gave me some buns he had in the back. Nobody in Los Angeles is this nice. He said it's about customer service. He even asked if I had condiments at home. I asked his name. Ivan. Thank you so much, Ivan! That was such a kind gesture after a very long day for me and I really appreciate your thoughtfulness! We need more people like Ivan in the world.”

“Plenty of UHAUL equipment to fit your needs. They have Vans, Trucks, Trailers, Box trucks in different sizes. I typically go here bc I need a cargo van from time to time and they have more than enough vans here for rent. Really easy to place a reservation online. Highly recommend downloading the UHAUL app is it makes the check in/out process super fast & easy. Service is good. Moving supplies like boxes, dollys, bubble wrap, tape etc. can be found inside. They also have propane tanks that you can switch out or refill on property.”
