Had one customer before me had to wait like 40 minutes (which I understand and didn't mind) Roman was the only worker there after dealing with that customer and at least 40-50 questions Roman didn't hesitate to start helping me before that customer was out there door... I was very surprised... Roman was kind and explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything I needed to... If every store had an employee that was that down to earth and helpful this world would be a better place... Huge thank you and shout out to Roman once again! We were waited on immediately and were done within 40 minutes beginning to end. Line switch phone upgrade and make sure my phone was up and running once the switch was made.
