Safeway in Petaluma is a very spacious and beautiful grocery store with a large, usual variety of products and almost everything you need. It features a deli with party trays made to order, a bakery with customizable cakes, a butcher's block with meat and seafood, and a produce department full of fresh fruits and veggies, including premade dinner kits. The store has a helpful pharmacy, a floral department, and a Starbucks inside. It offers convenient services like Order Ahead pick-up for bakery items, Grocery Delivery, and DriveUp & Go™. The store is in a good location with plenty of parking, including for handicap, and is part of a mall with lots of other stores. Shelves are kept pretty well stocked, and personnel are generally more than willing to help find items or track down out-of-stock products. The store is clean with clean bathrooms. Some notes include that the seafood counter may be closed on Friday evenings with minimal checkouts, and it can get very busy.
One of the largest Safeways I have been to, very spacious, beautiful and with the usual variety of products. It has Starbucks inside, clean bathrooms and a section for freshly made food.

The flower department miss Jaime was talented amazing Artist ,she helped us choose and plan for a big event, the result was beautiful, and memorable. Still after two weeks our flowers are doing well with basic maintenance.thank you for your patience and care.

Excellent store, pretty much they got everything you need for groceries and friendly staff. I highly recommended.
