“Damon is skilled, professional and has the best customer service ever. My family and I have gone to him for over ten years. My phone wasn't holding a charge at all and I went to him to buy a new phone. He quickly ran a few tests, cleaned out the charging port and it worked perfectly. He handed it back and didn't charge me. His honesty saved me about $900.00. It would have been so easy for him to agree that I needed a new phone and sold me one. I would have given him my "broken" phone which he could have sold for a nice profit. I have complete trust in Damon and completely value his integrity and honesty as well as his skill. He is a gift to Petaluma.”
“Victoria was absolutely amazing, dedicated and patient not only with me but every customer I saw her help. Unfortunately, she was unable to help me due to Verizon not having WiFi in their business (despite needing it to do anything they do on phones). She tried every possible solution and was kind the whole time.”
“Bryan the store manager is fantastic. He set me up nicely for my daughter's apple watch, took his time to explain the product and benefits, tool his time to set it up. I am a verizon client and I literally dumped verizon's apple watch after visiting their store in windsor for Tmobile and all thanks to Bryan. The key, the secret here is in the approach. I had an awful customer experience at the verizon store, I mean just horrible. It was quite the opposite at tmobile. A++ for customer service”
