Excellent service. As a senior I get free checking and savings. Great online service and easy to use. I can easily follow my purchases and deposits. Perfect bank for downtown with an aesthetically attractive building and nonobtrusive parking.

I love the downtown Chase Bank. Customer service is always very friendly and super helpful. I am a senior on a fixed budget who needs to keep both a checking and savings going in order to save for bigger purchases. The accounts are free. Their online banking is so helpful.
