Newly signed up with them, but already notice the very third rate customer support. 800 number does not tell you how long wait time is, does not give option for a call back, and there is no online chat for support. They closed the only branch left in Petaluma, with no heads up of any kind. They sent me all kinds of emails trying to get me to borrow money, but couldn't be bothered to let me know that there's no branch open in this town. I'm done with them.

Yes, Bank of the West has served us flawlessly over the past 20+ years,, personably and professionably. I can't think of a single instance where there was either a problem or unpleasantness. What more can I ask of a bank?
