He did, however, recommend a stop leak product, since the leak is so minor, which I got. All in all, I was very pleased with Stewart and OilStop. “This is a top-notch auto body shop -- and they're super honest and fair. I took my car to PAB to have them fix a busted rear running light and a rear side panel that popped out slightly when I backed into a low cement wall. Since it was a small problem I didn't want to use my insurance for the repair bill. They quoted me a very fair price (in writing), and I agreed to it. They ordered the light and it came in after just a couple of days. I took my car in to have the work done and just an hour later they called me to tell me it was finished. Here's the kicker: They charged me NEARLY $100 LESS THAN THE QUOTED AMOUNT!! Turns out they didn't need to fully remove the bumper to get the panel back in, so they lowered my cost. Wow, where do you get that kind of honest service these days??!! And my car looks great. If you need auto body work, go here FIRST.”

“My car broke down in Petaluma, I live in Fort Bragg, trying to get to San Pablo to be with my dying brother.
Tow truck driver made arrangements with Steve to hopefully fix my car. When I got there he offered me a car so I could go be with my brother. He called me later day to let me know it was all done. New battery and alternator. He gave me a quote before I left.
I picked up my car the next day. He had never met me before, such a wonderful thing to do, to help me out was just awesome.
I felt very comfortable with him and trusted that he would do the job.

This is the place for that. We had our GLK 350 in, this guy told us stuff about our car we didn't even know about! He takes the time to explain what is needed. Very professional. Affordable. We feel he is the best.Side note, we drive over 2 hours for his services.”
“I connected with a seller of a used vehicle I was looking to buy on a Thursday afternoon and needed to find a mechanic in Petaluma to do a pre-purchase inspection so I could see if there were any issues with the vehicle. I called several shops trying to find someone who could fit us in. I talked to Brian and he found a time when he could squeeze me in. The price was also very reasonable. He spent over 30 minutes checking out the vehicle, then sharing his assessment with me. His explanations were very clear and the information he shared was very helpful.
