“I just wanted to say, Rosie is an outstanding phlebotomist! For my entire life, they’ve never been able to find a vein in my arm I always end up having to do the butterfly in the top of my hand. She asked if she could see my arm she felt confident she could get it and she did, she did that on the first try done, moving the needle around no tightening the rubber band around the arm and try and over and over again she literally got it first poke didn’t hurt outstanding job I just really want to give her recognition. I also had made an appointment. The wait time was nothing and the building was clean. She made me feel comfortable.”

“My first times coming here have always been satisfied. At first I brought my mother in law to get her blood work done and we were in & out. A couple days after I went in to get my blood work done and I did it wait a bit longer but nothing dramatically ( I have been to LapCorp and have waited hours ). It's so easy to make a quick appointment and the staff have always been nice to me as well! Will definitely be coming back.”

“I recently switched my PCM and asked my new doc to run a panel of routine lab work to make sure everything is running smoothly. I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)”

“Walk in without opts are also open but opt is highly recommend location 11180 Warner #159 good service of all staffs. With one exception to one Vietnamese skinny lab tech I did not get her name was not helpful when clients need help with Kios or have questions she kept said I don't know I am busy when it is just a simple answer would help everyone waiting. I wish I could get her name I ask the Phillipino lab tech she didn't give me that Vietnamese lady tech.Vietnamese of this only one Vietnamese tech I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars.”

“I got some blood work done today and the tech who draw my blood today did an amazing job! I COULDNT believe she was done drawing my blood since I didn't feel anything, not a pinch or no LITERALLY no pain! This is the Walgreens on Perris and Alessandro her name is Rosy so if u guys have little ones who are horrified of needles, she's most definitely the one! I have 5 kids and been threw needs left and right not once have I ever had such an awesome experience first time I feor no pain, I'm still in disbelief seriously! Ask for Rosy”

Oscar, who drew my blood, is a miracle worker – it was the first time anyone successfully drew my blood on the first try. Despite being told I'm a hard draw since childhood, Oscar made it seem effortless. I usually dread getting tests done, but this time I left happy. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'll definitely be back to this location.”
