“Had my son’s lab draw in this location and we had an awesome experience. Setting up appointment was a breeze and checking in was lightning fast! I love that they send a text message few hrs before appt then just click the link once you arrive and viola you’re checked in without going to the kiosk. Saves so much time! Abby, the one who did the blood draw for my son was very skilled and professional in doing the blood draw to my very scared son. She did it so well that my son wants me to schedule his future blood draws in this place!”

“Arrived at Quest Dianostics as "Walk-in" at 10:16am on Wednesday suite# 205. lobby was empty (Keyword: empty). As walk-in my scheduled time @11:50 (they close at 12pm), I was checked in almost immediately. My technician was friendly and informative. Best location in the I.E. Thank you Kimberly ?”

“PRACTITIONER CHYRA KNOX (practicante CHRYA KNOX no es profesional, no venga a este lugar bajo NINGUNA circunstancia hasta que ya no trabaje allí o te arrepentirás) is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have come across working in the medical field within Southern California. I did not think it was possible that someone who interacts so poorly with other people could choose to work in a role concerning health and care. She takes out all of her anger, frustration, and complaints about her job and management on her unsuspecting patients regardless of how they treat her (not true of the other phlebotomists working on site).I had the displeasure of choosing this labcorp location for a drug test and SUFFERED the consequences. She likes to yell at patients taking drug tests but not with actual useful information such as the fact that drinking too much water after a short collection (water she intimidated me into drinking) could result in a dilute test until AFTER I gave the second collection which seemed like an incredibly malicious omission of information to me. This drug test was not only incredibly time sensitive for me but I am low income and had to pay 100 dollars to the testing agency I was using in order to restest (which i did at another Riverside location with more professional staff) something that could have been avoided if this practitioner had a modicum of interest in the well being of the patients she interacts with. (high stars are only to a voi d getting r emov ed).”

I Didn't Make It In Time For My One Hour Glucose Test Before Closing At 3pm And The Lady Was Sweet Enough To Say If You Come Tomorrow Earlier We Can Do Both Tests Instead Of Pricking Me Twice Because I Needed Two Blood Works Done Trying To Save Me Extra Pain Because I Hate Needles, Finally Made It For My Test And Their Machine Was Down, I Expressed To The Gentlemen I Was In A Hurry He Said Okay Come In I'll Check You In Inside Let's Get You Going Dont Believe The Bad Reviews Because Customers Dont Have The Things They Need THIS PLACE IS GREAT!”

“If you come here make sure you get Tracy! She was so amazing I have never had such a painless blood draw. She was super nice and attentive and got my vein on the first try I didn't even feel it! I usually had the worst blood draws and leave super bruised but I had no mark after. Thank you so much Tracy I am officially only coming to you now.”
