“Went in to get a print out for a Xmas present and they were super friendly and helpful. Made it quick and easy! We also never hade any issues getting our packages shipped there and bring able to match names to me or my spouses packages if the other needs to pick it up. It’s the small things that add up!!!”

“First time customer at this location, but all I can say is- Anthony. The narrative screaming young people don't want to work let alone work hard haven't met young workers like Anthony. This dude is ?! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable top to bottom (I brought in an online purchase to return/ship and needed a shipping label the company had provided me printed, as we don't have one at home.) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He talked me through the process step by step and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly suggest if you need competent, quick help ask for Anthony! “The Glen Ellen post office and its staff are a great benefit to those of us who live here. I have been there easily 250+ times over the past 10 years, and used most services eg packages of all sizes, delivery times from urgent to not, packing help needed or not, domestic and international. The staff is polite, friendly (and knows locals' first names), and knowledgeable. They also care about your money: if there is a particular type of envelope for overnight or other expedited service that will get it there at roughly the same time as a different one sized the same, they let you know before you commit to the more costly one because you were not aware. You are a person to them, not a transaction. The facility is clean. Closing time, to them, means you can walk in the door at precisely that time and they take care of you; no "that would take 10 minutes and we are now closed." We keep a p.o. box there, and they have a terrific and very easy system to get your packages if over-sized and unable to fit in your box: with no assistance needed, so can do by yourself on weekends as well, speedily. Lots of parking in a dedicated lot right there. And an outdoor drive-through mailbox: you pull your car up, open your driver's side window, drop whatever you are mailing into the secure box, then be on your way without having even exited the car. I almost never post reviews. But when I saw this rating I was taken aback. It very simply does not reflect whatsoever how people around here feel, in fact the it's opposite. Every post office should operate like this one does, and we are lucky to have it.”

“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”
