“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”

“I went in on 9/2/23 and had exceptional service. Victoria went out of her way to help me with a package that wasn't even for FedEx, and she had excellent rapport with the other employee, Sam who also helped me - just friendly people. They didn't make a dime of off me for shipping but I'll be a new customer here.Then they both went above and beyond to help an elderly customer with a heavy package who came in after me.This is in significant contrast to another shop in San Rafael where the employees were rolling eyes at each other, short with customers (not explaining how things work, etc).”
