“I've stored 3 places in the last three years and this place is the most expensive, but in terms of the facility, you get what you pay for. To anyone complaining - for slightly cheaper storage go take a look at what's out there (rodents, mildew, sketchy locations, no bathroom, etc.) The units are as nice as they come, the rental process is EASY, and the security is as good as it gets. Looking for better customer service? It's not a fucking restaurant. For the record, my service was great. The manager was curt but helpful, and a friendly staff member walked me door to door from my check-in to my unit. A rent increase would send me packing on principle, but I'm very happy with what my money is paying for here.”

“This is long overdue, but I wanted to leave a comment about our experience with Santa Rosa Moving and Storage. They moved our 3 bedroom household goods from Santa Rosa to Southern California at the end of March. They were courteous, professional and communicative. I had a nightmare experience when I moved to Santa Rosa years ago and was very worried about this move. If I knew now what a great experience it would be, I would not have worried. From the very beginning Kim walked our house, gave us a great, competitive estimate and was very communicative. We knew exactly when to expect pick up and delivery. Both moving crews at both houses were friendly, efficient and knew how to pack goods and move them safely. I had NO breakage - and I moved alot of fragile goods. Moving is chaotic, but Santa Rosa Moving and Storage made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.”

He and his team were on time, very friendly and took great care with my belongings during the move. I have an incredibly heavy, unwieldly, and expensive bed, which they were able to handle no problem despite the long driveway and stairs up the front porch. I would highly recommend Dilbert and his team for all your moving needs!”

“I found this facility to have the best rates out of all the places I checked people to choosing one. I did it online which was a snap and then downloaded their PS APP. When I found out you didn't even have to get out of your car to activate the gate to open or close, and it worked the first time I pulled up to enter, WOW I was so happy I did! They also have units available & the price was awesome. Emily is the manager there & she is very knowledgeable about everything, very sweet”

Tana movers was very professional, The strong as heck staff moved my 1000lb (no exaggeration) 140 year old piano from the second floor of an equally old victorian to the ground, off to temporary storage did so with so much consideration, respect and care, it was an emotional experience for me, but they had it *completely* handled. I will be calling them again when i need it moved to my new place.... hopefully a single level!!!”
