“I found this facility to have the best rates out of all the places I checked people to choosing one. I did it online which was a snap and then downloaded their PS APP. When I found out you didn't even have to get out of your car to activate the gate to open or close, and it worked the first time I pulled up to enter, WOW I was so happy I did! They also have units available & the price was awesome. Emily is the manager there & she is very knowledgeable about everything, very sweet”

I had an unusual move because I was only moving out for 48 hours and was hoping to store everything either on my balcony or at a neighbor's. Sam outlined all my options, rates, and fees and was kind and informed me of any extra charges so I could budget the move.Cody and Tyler were my movers and I couldn't have asked for better! “I've stored 3 places in the last three years and this place is the most expensive, but in terms of the facility, you get what you pay for. To anyone complaining - for slightly cheaper storage go take a look at what's out there (rodents, mildew, sketchy locations, no bathroom, etc.) The units are as nice as they come, the rental process is EASY, and the security is as good as it gets. Looking for better customer service? It's not a fucking restaurant. For the record, my service was great. The manager was curt but helpful, and a friendly staff member walked me door to door from my check-in to my unit. A rent increase would send me packing on principle, but I'm very happy with what my money is paying for here.”
