I was a metro customer for 17 yrs. Then I made the mistake of trying a competitors service. That lasted about a month and I knew I'd made a mistake. I switched back kept my original Metro number and I will stay with Metro now no matter what. I've never had a bad experience with their agents either. Nice people.
