“My phone wasn't working and Apple tried to repair it for two days. I stopped by verizon to hopefully get a solution to my phone issues. As I am a business owner and absolutely can not go without commuting with employees and customers. When entering the business I was greeted by a confident and enjoyable Natasha. Natasha asked what she could help me with today. After i explained what little I knew, she worked through my phone issues making progress every step of the way.
