“My wife hit a deer in her jeep and we just moved here from the Bay Area we had no idea where to take her jeep so I had looked on the internet to see if I could find a reputable body shop and I came across auto craft collision.so I thought I would go by and check the shop out when I arrived I was greeted right away by Derek while talking to Derek I looked at the shop and was completely amazed at how clean and very well organized it was and I’ve seen a lot of body shops over the years and I never come across a shop as clean and organized as this one so right away I was convinced that this was the shop best for our repairs they even had a rental for us to drive while our repairs were being done . I also want say that while driving their rental we had another incident with another deer a few weeks later . When I called Derek with the news the first thing he asked was is everybody okay.I thought to myself that these people actually care about their customers and they gave us another vehicle to drive. When we came to pick up our jeep you could not even tell it had ever been damaged it was perfect.if you ever have an incident with your vehicle I highly suggest using Auto craft collision I know I’m going to be a lifetime customer. We worked together to find the right mix of price and speed that worked for us.I called Tom every few days for updates and he was patient and thorough with his communications with me. Rainbow is obviously a family owned shop that's been in business, happily serving local customers, for years. I'm fine with a shop that lacks the professional office of a large impersonal corporation! Just give me the right service at the right price and I won't judge your office clutter.”

“I had a great experience with G&H Autobody after they finished repairing damage from an accident. They were so friendly and easy to work with. Not only did they fix it to look like new, I felt like they went above and beyond by washing the outside of my jeep and what seemed like a light vacuuming on the inside. They communicated with me well, stayed with their estimated time frame, and handled everything directly with the insurance company. To top it off they even arranged rides with enterprise and when they couldn't get ahold of them, Gus personally drove me and my toddler there. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Great experience, from the first phone call, to the time I was handed my keys, I couldn't have been more pleased. My car was hit on the passenger side. Needed new bumper, headlight, front side panel, right front door and hood. As a caregiver, I couldn't get my mom in the front seat as my door wouldn't open. It was such a mess. Everyone at Davis was so accommodating, kind and professional. Very honest with letting me know it would take a bit of time to get all the different parts needed. Once they got my car and started working on it, it took a day longer than estimated. I got a call regarding the completion date change. Great customer service!
