“My wife hit a deer in her jeep and we just moved here from the Bay Area we had no idea where to take her jeep so I had looked on the internet to see if I could find a reputable body shop and I came across auto craft collision.so I thought I would go by and check the shop out when I arrived I was greeted right away by Derek while talking to Derek I looked at the shop and was completely amazed at how clean and very well organized it was and I’ve seen a lot of body shops over the years and I never come across a shop as clean and organized as this one so right away I was convinced that this was the shop best for our repairs they even had a rental for us to drive while our repairs were being done . I also want say that while driving their rental we had another incident with another deer a few weeks later . When I called Derek with the news the first thing he asked was is everybody okay.I thought to myself that these people actually care about their customers and they gave us another vehicle to drive. When we came to pick up our jeep you could not even tell it had ever been damaged it was perfect.if you ever have an incident with your vehicle I highly suggest using Auto craft collision I know I’m going to be a lifetime customer. When I explained the financial pressure that my girlfriend was under, he worked with us on which parts could be after-market and reduce the price further (at the cost of taking longer to order and ship). We worked together to find the right mix of price and speed that worked for us.I called Tom every few days for updates and he was patient and thorough with his communications with me. (Ie, he put up with me being a pain).In the end, we got exactly what we wanted at a great price, with great service. What more can you ask for.I read a negative review below that said his office was a mess. I can confirm that it's a mess and that I don't care. Rainbow is obviously a family owned shop that's been in business, happily serving local customers, for years. “I had a great experience with G&H Autobody after they finished repairing damage from an accident. They were so friendly and easy to work with. Not only did they fix it to look like new, I felt like they went above and beyond by washing the outside of my jeep and what seemed like a light vacuuming on the inside. They communicated with me well, stayed with their estimated time frame, and handled everything directly with the insurance company. To top it off they even arranged rides with enterprise and when they couldn't get ahold of them, Gus personally drove me and my toddler there. I highly recommend this shop!”

“This is John schiavone from Chicago with a 1969 Chevy Camero. With a 615 cubic inch tall deck motor … a while back I needed a set of headers so I contacted Lemons Headers INC and spoke with Jenny about a new set of headers for my upcoming project , my old headers were a pain to change out the spark plugs it would have been about 2 1/2 hours to finish this project. So Jenny directed me in the right direction and got the right set of headers for my project.. low and behold I love my new headers , I did not realize how much I loved these headers for my car , but last Saturday I was getting ready for the car show in Houston Texas , went to start my car and the carburetor fuel stuck open and filled my cylinders with racing fuel would not allow me to turn the engine over. At this point I had to remove all the spark plugs so I can drain all of the fuel to fix the issue .. I was nervous in the back of my mind knowing normally how big of a job this will be , so I started the project and it ONLY took me 20 mins to pull all the spark plugs and was able to access them from the top with out going under the car . Took less than 20 minutes to put them back in after I was done cleaning them out. This was on Saturday night I couldn’t wait til Monday morning to call lemons headers inc promotional to speak with chuck about the great experience I had which help me relax and get my car ready for Houston. Big shout out to Lemons headers inc. for all there help and support . “Great experience, from the first phone call, to the time I was handed my keys, I couldn't have been more pleased. My car was hit on the passenger side. Needed new bumper, headlight, front side panel, right front door and hood. As a caregiver, I couldn't get my mom in the front seat as my door wouldn't open. It was such a mess. Everyone at Davis was so accommodating, kind and professional. Very honest with letting me know it would take a bit of time to get all the different parts needed. Once they got my car and started working on it, it took a day longer than estimated. I got a call regarding the completion date change. Great customer service! “Brassworks rebuilt the radiator for my 1930 Packard with amazing craftsmanship and excellent service. Lee was up front with me explaining how long the process might take and the costs involved. I can only imagine what a challenge it must be ordering radiator core material from England during a pandemic! For a 91 year old car that's been in the family for 63 of them, the time it took to carefully restore the radiator was well worth it. I almost lost my breath when I saw the serial plate that had been buried under years worth of paint. I opted to drive up and pick up the radiator rather than ship it, and was reassured that the radiator was spray-foam packed and would have survived any shipping method had I chose to ship rather than pick up. This was a great excuse to relax in Paso Robles for a few days. After replacing the radiator I noticed steam leaking out on its maiden run. I called Brassworks, and they offered to pay the shipping costs to research the problem. It was simpler just to take a day trip to Paso Robles once again. When I arrived, Lee stopped whatever he was doing, called the guys over who worked on the radiator and proceeded to undergo testing on the spot. Fortunately the radiator was not the problem - I had neglected to replace the gasket for the thermostat housing, and it was obvious that was the source of the leak. During that process Lee took the time to explain the radiator testing processes and the physics involved. So - user error, and a pleasant drive to and from Paso on a beautiful winter's day. Not bad after all! The Brassworks team are true craftsman and stand by their work. I wish they would rebuild carburetors too!”

“My High Pressure Fuel Pump went out on my F-150 Saturday night. Knowing everything was closed, I looked it up online, $200- $800 dollar range. Surprisingly, NAPA had an Echlin for around $200+. I called them Monday morning and had the part by 3:00, exact fit, on the road at 3:30, no issues.Check NAPA first, quick, great service and Quality.”

“I have a 2022 RAM 2500. Over the last several months I received three recall notices. On a shopping trip to Paso, I dropped in to Mullahey to inquire about scheduling service. Tyler Henry greeted me immediately, explained the details of the recalls, and set up an appointment that worked for me the following week. I have a bit of a drive to the dealership and Tyler wanted to insure that a shipment of the required parts would arrive before then. I appreciated the consideration given to try and reduce my trips. He asked me if I would be waiting for vehicle and when I said I would, he made a note on the appt. Tyler had explained that he could not guarantee that all three recalls would be completed since one of them required an inspection before ordering a part. I appreciated the honesty and explanation. Upon arriving for my appointment, Tyler did not keep me waiting and my truck was into service within 5 minutes. During the two hour wait, Tyler kept my wife and I informed of status several times. The work was actually completed earlier than we expected and we had the additional bonus of getting all three recalls resolved in the one trip. Tyler is a good communicator and has a pleasant personality that make him very easy to work with. This guy is a great addition to the staff and the dealership service dept is lucky to have him.”
