“Alexis was so knowledgeable of the different styles of boots and work boots. She was so helpful in making sure the fit was right. Alexis even suggested inserts for the ultimate comfort and boy was she right. Her suggestion to get a cleaning kit also came with a detailed explanation of how to clean and care for the boots which I really appreciate. Red Wing brand is a high quality product. My experience at this location was amazing.”
“Cesar is absolutely the most talented person you could find when it comes to building up shoes! I need an almost 2" buildup on my left shoe - have been for the past 5 1/2 decades - in Europe and all over the US. Before finding Cesar, my shoes had to be leather soles or absolutely flat rubber - that's no longer a factor! Cesar is able to build up any kind of shoe - which means I don't have to wear expensive and/or ugly shoes any longer. And, I have to add, not only is Cesar technically the best ever, but he is also so very kind, listens, responds and provides the greatest service ever!”

“Dealt with their online store, first time shopper and I will be bringing all of my soccer needs to them going forward. Customer Service is unmatched which is saying a lot in today’s day and age. Ordered a pair of cleats for my significant other and about 15 hours I realized I had purchased the wrong size, thought all was lost but figured I’d give the store a call to see if it’d be possible to swap the order for a proper size as opposed to cancelling and reordering/waiting for refund. After calling and being placed on a brief hold I was told that the shoes were just about to be shipped but they will swap them out for the proper size before doing so. It may be just one of those small things but it’s refreshing to get customer service on such a high level nowadays. 11/10 overall, amazing prices/sales, outstanding customer service, and a wonderful website to browse. Hope to visit the location next time I’m in California, keep up the amazing work!!”

Bernadette and Iris are two sales associates that have been helpful with customer service, whether it be graciously taking care of returns, making sure I received my rewards gift card or letting me know what great deals may be coming in the near future. I feel very valued. That's the frosting on the cake - I enjoy Eileen's color selection, style and design, that cater to flattering this older woman's physique over the last 15 years. Eileen's wonderful coordinates are very versatile.”

“It use to be free in store pickup but now it's an $89 minimum to get that. Sometimes it's better to pay for the shipping instead . So now you have to shop in the store which is totally is a drag. Because they don't have clearance online like they do in the store”
