Jonathan was so attentive and knowledgeable! He offered me different shoe options without any pressure at all. Even while helping multiple customers at once, he balanced everything smoothly and still made me feel taken care of. Great customer service!

Was initially hesitant based on some reviews HOWEVER... my experience was amazing. Staff was super polite, helpful and informed. They made my transaction a breeze and would definitely recommend. Keep in mind I've only been here once so I could have caught them on a payday or something. But overall cool Newbalance experience.
