“I purchased a new speed queen for our elderly parents. Theirs was not working anymore and had to be replaced immediately. Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Easy to understand and straightforward instructions. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “They just left my house after delivering my water heater that I called and ordered at 3:45 pm today. The Lone Rooter recommended them to me as my water heater went out this morning. This company was very responsive and wonderful. I could not believe that they would come from Pasadena to Tujunga on an hour notice to deliver my water heater. I love the product and would definitely recommend them.I ordered a set of 8 stoppers for a total of $27.80 via Amazon.Today I received only 3!!!!! What a huge disappointment. “I stopped in for a body pillow and they didn't have the cover in the color I wanted so they ordered it from the Venice location and had it shipped - it took less than 24 hours to get to me. The pillow is amazing, I thought it might be a bit big in store but its perfect in bed. The linen cover was worth the wait, it has a side zip and is beautifully made. I can't wait to cuddle with my pillow tonight!”

“Since I miss the store Tuesday Morning, which left California, someone told me to try Home Goods. There are many similar products such as gourmet chocolate and coffee, interesting personal items and accessories.This location was busy at this time of year and a little messy, but staff was restocking and rearranging.They had a nice selection of gift food items, soaps, candles and lotions. The pretty stationery items I used to get at Tuesday Morning were sparse here.I will have to return after the holidays when it will probably not be as busy to see what the store contains.”
