This is the closest location to me and now it's either order online and wait 5 days to get something or drive at least an hour to Ontario or Torrance. This sucks.”

Nothing is more disappointing than getting unclear information on a giant well polished website, getting put on hold for 20 minutes only to get hung up on, and then showing up in person to find out they don't have what you need but can get it to you in a few weeks.Red Supply is the real deal. I called and immediately got a human. I asked about decalcifying my water heater. The guy on the phone completed my sentence as he knew the name of what I needed. I told them I'd be there to pick it up in 30 minutes.The staff were friendly and had the materials I needed already picked and staged for me. I showed up, paid and was on my way in minutes. These guys know how to run and business and know what customer service means. The prices were just as good as any of the aforementioned big box stores. Will absolutely come back here again!”

“Restoration Hardware is totally an "aspirational" furniture and home-wares store. As soon as you enter you are confronted with gorgeous textiles, incredibly comfortable couches and lounge chairs that, within minutes, you could easily fall asleep in. In simple terms, their home wares are beautiful and comfortable. But that beauty and comfort do come with price tags that reflect that beauty and comfort. Now, to be fair, RH is one of the few furniture/decor stores I've been in where the furniture is clearly built to a) last and b) be extremely comfortable. I've visited this store many times and I have never received even a glance of annoyance. And I think that is very intentional. They want you to know that their store carries quality. And even if you can't afford to buy it TODAY, you might very well think about it again in the future when you have more expendable income. If you walk into this store (actually, showroom since only small things like blankets can be taken home directly from RH) with around 5 to 7 thousand dollars, you can expect to have your customized sofa delivered in a week or two. And it will be beautiful. And likely the most comfortable piece of furniture in your home. Is it worth several months' rent or a couple mortgage payments? That's for you to decide. I mentioned that I've never been treated poorly for enjoying the uber-comfortable furniture for ten minutes. Additionally the employees have treated me the same whether I'm in a t-shirt and running shorts or tailored slacks and a blazer. Anytime I've had a question they've seemed genuinely eager to help. And I've bought some lovely (small) gifts for my mother here. And while the merchandise is on the pricey side, you are not just buying a label. The merchandise both looks AND feels expensive. My only real complaint is I don't yet have enough money to buy actual furniture here. Yet.”

“People here are so helpful and amazing! I have been dreaming of creating my own mural and I finally got the time and project space for it, Dunn Edwards is the first place I went. The paint here are so beautiful. They go on smooth, saturated colors and great texture. Mixing the colors do not take that long and people are always so friendly and kind. “I spend thousands of dollars yearly utilizing Home Depot purchases to maintain my real estate investments. Furthermore, the customer service is top-notch. However, my most recent interaction with Alyssa, a manager, could have been better. I just found a $52 item purchased one year ago that was not opened. I attempted to return it today, and it was denied. Alyssa's defensive posturing did not insure me as a customer, and she led me to believe logging on to The Retail Equation (TRE) website would clarify why my return was denied and that the site would ensure me of receiving store credit for the purchased item. That was not the case; there was no human being to discuss customer concerns. Their "return items" section 1-800 number had only four options: 1. major appliances, 2, new orders/online purchases, 3. local Home Depot questions, and 4, local Home Depot credit card purchases. No exclusive phone number is explicitly designated for refunds, questions, concerns, or contingencies. I'm glad they are not the only option in town, and if this problem is not resolved equitably, I have other choices.”
