It's more convenient then 7-11 meaning you don't have to get out of your car. Great for those who have a hard time getting around, or have children in the car, (that's usually me). In and out... “I found this drive-through car wash and I'm loving it. Every week my granddaughter comes to visit me she wants to go to the car wash because we can sit in the car when the Machines are washing. The wait is Never very long. They have free vacuuming and air blowers available for you to clean the inside of your car. If you want to clean your windows better you will need to bring your own towels to wipe them down. I bought the monthly so I can go as often as I want. I go once a week which is more than I've ever gone because I felt guilty about spending money on washing my car. Now I pay cheaper price than ever to keep my car up. I just have to put in a little muscle at the end.”

“First things first, this store is by far the best location I've been to. Not only did they acknowledge me when I first came into the store, they also asked if they could help me with anything and to ask them if I had any questions. I had the pleasure of asking Nina for help and she went above and beyond my expectation in answering all my questions, showing me where I could find the products I needed and gave me assistance to my car. She was very friendly, courteous and she made it very easy for me to make decisions quickly when I was on the fence about my purchases. In the short amount of time spent at the store, she was able to make me feel like I can trust her and rely on her perspectives. She genuinely wants to help you and make you feel good about your purchases and doesn't make you feel bad if you had to ask her to check on something. I would definitely come back to this store and refer to all of my friends and family all because of Nina.”

“Well, this is my new place for gas in Pasadena. It's not glitzy like the other Chevron on Hill, but if it's what's on the inside that counts, then this is unmeasurably better! Plus, it's convenient to the fwy for me after grabbing the deals at Vons on my way.”

“I went into this location with my fiance and I was very very upset due to something that happened shortly prior to coming here.. Brandon had me laughing so hard by the time I left the store I had forgotten what happened temporarily prior to coming here.. his personality is so positive and his customer service is beyond impeccable.. I really strongly advise that Rite Aid not only keeps this individual as an employee but as well as I strongly recommend Rite Aid to find more people like him!!! “In response to review by August Mellon, a pharmacist is not just a cashier with a bachelor's degree. Thats an ignorant statement. A pharmacist's expertise is in safely and effectively giving medications. They have ample insight of drug interactions, proper dosing, and so much more. They have to take 4 years of pharmacy school not including undergrad courses Physicians refer to the pharmacist to safely give medications to patients with varying conditions, weight, age, renal function, ect. Pharmacists save people all the time from harmful combinations that were prescribed by their physicians. They will also tell you what time of day is best, and what foods or beverage to avoid that a doctor won't even mention. Educate yourself August Mellon. I'm impartial, but I know the true value of a pharmacist. I have been saved or educated many times regarding family members' medications, and I truly appreciate a pharmacist's insight and knowledge.”

“Bought a casino game here for $55 for a Christmas present for my son. When he opened it Christmas morning, the roulette wheel was broken. I just returned it today to be told they can't swap or refund because the box was opened????? WTF??? How are we supposed to know it's broken until we open it. Would not recommend buying anything from here. A very rude and uncooperative manager. Maybe they should sell X ray glasses so we can see into the box before opening it. Unbelievable Update . The owner of the store was great and helpful and immediately exchanged the item without a problem. A shame we had to go through so many hoops. but thankfully it got resolved. No apology from the manager just a surly attitude. The store is good and has some great products ( when they aren't broken). The owner may want a word with the manager on how to interact with customers in future.”
