Just went back to the store to trade in my phone. You're given 30 days to turn in to old phone for credit towards the bill which is awesome. Haylee was not there, but the other associate, Andrew was. He was extremely helpful and made the process go fast and smoothly.

I was very impressed on how friendly the staff are at this location. I was in and out of the store pretty quick, considering how busy they were. The person who helped me was Melissa. She was very helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and fast. I highly recommend asking for her help if anyone has any inquiries!

I had a tech issue with a recently purchased phone. Annette's service was first class. She was very helpful, very friendly and was able to untangle our problem. She was also very fast. She came up a fix in no time at all. We'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade.
