“I love living here! Being able to walk right onto the beach is such a blessing. I just had a baby, so that convenient beach path right in front of the building is really helping me slowly get moving again. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the maintenance staff are super friendly. The front desk staff including Immanuel and Nyaa are always so friendly and accommodating too. I do also love the beach party they’ve been having on the weekends. Ritchie is a great host! Did I mention there’s a hair salon and a restaurant with ocean views? It’s great to live in an upscale safe place on the beach, but what makes it even better is the wonderful staff. I would recommend living here to everyone who could afford it! I hope I never have to move lol”
“From the moment we started our application, Jessica from the leasing office was in constant communication with us regarding our application and helped ensure we had all important information attached. She was super helpful in answering any and all questions that might have come up. We met with her when we picked up our keys and again was so helpful and made us truly feel welcomed! The community and our unit is gorgeous and has everything we need/want! Additionally, the other residents we've run into are incredibly friendly as well. Overall, very pleased with where we moved!!!”
“I wish to give 5+ stars to Valerie Brooks, the amazing on-site property manager at Cypress Park Apartments. She is professional, polished, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, flexible, caring and above all, genuinely kind. My family and I were able to transition from a stressful living situation to our new home and community at Cypress Park Apts in large thanks to Valerie and her efficiency. She made us feel welcome from our first tour of the beautifully renovated unit to the exciting moment when she handed us the keys. The grounds are clean, onsite laundry and parking are not an issue, and there are two pools, convenient community and business centers that are great for remote work. Valerie’s constant efforts to improve the community are apparent as well. Valerie and Jose, who handles the onsite building maintenance, make a great team. We are so happy here!”

“moved into the penthouse in sept of 2023 - and the application process from start to finish was easy and instant! [unlike some places] now switched units to face the beach and queen mary - AMAZING! my fave staff members alex & manager, phil [super nice, sweet, friendly, awesome people] that make you feel good living here. treats and responds to you in a timely manner and feels like were all friends! not just your typical leasing office experience. highly recommend living here if you're big on views and want a more chill environment thats not over crowded or dont have to spend forever waiting on staff members to respond. LOVE IT HERE!”
“Wish I was here for the tree lighting ceremony. Beautiful Northern Light to enjoy during the holiday. Be out see all the beautiful winterland decoration for free! We parked at the pike, got validated at startbuck and walked over to get free parking for 2 hrs. The theater parking is $15, so no way! Lol. Can't wait for 2024 winterland!”

It’s very peaceful It’s been through a lot of different managers, but since they changed management and managers the manager Olivia, has been here, it’s been so much better She gets things done very helpful and efficient and it’s cleaner . It’s really changed !!”
“Camden is a fully loaded apartment complex. Gym, pool, rec room with a shuffle board and pool table etc. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Carter who guided us through the whole renting process and answered questions we had honestly. The whole staff there is helpful and always happy to help. Despite some of the recent issues that are beyond the staff’s control, we felt heard when any issues arose and the staff was on it to make it a comfortable place to live.”
“My husband and I moved in a few months ago and we have loved every day we have been here. We love that the apartments are gated and not anyone can just come inside, they are always kept clean. We have not met many neighbors but I think everyone just is so comfortable at home. It's such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to not think twice about it. Maria is a wonderful, patient and so helpful person and is ready to answer all questions anyone has. She is also a very kind person that always has a smile on her face. We love that there is also a handyman Manuel on sight for any issues that anyone has. We have two grills available for use, a pool and two laundry rooms. Most importantly is that all neighbors respect each other and always greet no matter if they know you or not.”
“The landing is a great collection of all apartments in a very highly sought after location. Traffic circle is what the area is refered to as. Due to the huge traffic circle road that makes a full 360 degree turn nar connects PCH, Lakewood Blvd, Los coyotes diagonal, roads all to the same circle the area is one of the latest trendy areas that is undergoing a renovation of sorts by replacing non performing businesses with that of high perform, there is an amazing LA fitness gym, and office towers here too,”
“I live here, the units inside the buildings are quite nice and cozy though perhaps a bit on the higher end of price per sqft. The architecture and construction is solid, and I love the piazza style of the building.
I don’t feel entirely confident in the management but that may be due to a few isolated instances. I hope to see more improvements in the building relating to security and optimizing communications.
The amenities are nice, and the working staff are lovely. Claudia is very sweet and hardworking, keeping the hallways and gym clean, and is a welcome sight in the mornings. Kevin, the super/technician, is also very helpful and friendly. They are a big part of what makes this a great place to live!”
