AMLI provides excellent property management. The property is well kept and any issues reported are quickly addressed. The management provides secure premises for residents and have periodic residential community events. The maintenance team is also very responsive, friendly staff and efficient.
Long Beach has a lot to offer these days, and our downtown Long Beach apartments have top-notch finishes and amenities that fit the bill. Apartments are outfitted with Samsung appliances, quartz counters, custom full-height backsplash and much more. Many units enjoy picturesque views of downtown, and all that comes with living in the neighborhood. Walk to where you wine, dine, shop and entertain with the same short, on-foot commute back home.
