“I'm so happy I found this car wash the workers are very kind and every single time I go they leave my car spotless!! I love that they wash my floor mats at no extra charge You definitely get your moneys worth here. Even when it is super busy they make sure to clean to the best of their ability to clean every inch. “I typically don't enjoy shopping and not sure that visiting Nordstrom often is high on my list of things to do, however when it comes to selection and quality products, Nordstrom is my "go-to". Service is mostly decent in my experience. I'm not sure how the salespeople are paid or incentivized, so unsure how that factors in but they genuinely seem like they want to help. In my experience, Nordstrom is unrivaled in the department store category (and their online presence is excellent.) 5 stars”

“$2 parking on weekdays and $5 on weekends. No admission fee. Sellers started packing up their goods just after 2, so it's better to show up before then. There were lots of snack stands and a public restroom. I found a lot of goodies there, from La Roche-Posay products to Stauer watches to trading cards. Every seller took a form of-non cash payment (Zelle, Venmo). You might have to do digging in piles for clothes, but no complaints!”

“I had to wire some money to a company quickly. I've never done it before, so I walked into this branch and noticed immediately there was a considerably lengthy line of people waiting to handle their standard banking transactions. So, I lined up with the others. Without even asking for assistance, Mr. Ismael Bustamante walked up to me as I was waiting in the line of people. He asked what I needed to accomplish at the bank that day. I explained I needed to do a wire transfer/payment. He told me to follow him to his desk. Once there, he filled out the paperwork . He handled everything and it went through smoothly. Mr. Bustamante's customer service and professionalism were a big PLUS since I didn't know one thing about how to complete the paperwork necessary for the transaction. He's an incredible asset to Citibank and I recommend looking for him if you need to perform anything outside of your normal baking transactions!!!”

“I've been a Chase customer for many years. This is a shout out to Troy Stephens at the Redondo Beach branch. This morning I walked in without an appointment to inquire about setting up my accounts to the Private Client offered to a particular subset of Chase customers. I spoke to Mr. Stephens and explained what I needed. He had a client, who made an appointment, coming in and he'd be happy to make an appointment with me for a future time. I explained I was in a time crunch and could he please accommodate me since I didn't need the entire sales pitch. I had been to another Chase branch and was really pressed for time. He immediately started crunching his keyboard and ten minutes later we were done! He has my profound gratitude and I'm looking forward to doing business with him again in the future.”
