“I had a check engine light go on while on the road. But the vehicle was running well enough to get it to Bryants. I was told they couldn't get to it that day but was able to get an appointment the next morning. So, I took it back. I left the vehicle there for them to work on. I missed the call later that after noon saying the work was done and I could pick it up. So, I went in the following day to pick it up. Everything was great, running like a top. So, I was on my way. I ran a couple errands and while on the way home the vehicle through another code and the check engine light came back on and started running rough, just like it did before I took it in. Well I contacted Bryants and they told me to bring it in and they would check it over. Well, they put their collect brain trust to work and a couple hours later I got a call, they figured out the problem, it was covered by a Chrysler Service Bulletin. But even though they now knew what was wrong, and why it repeated the same issue, there was a bigger problem. The chemical that was needed to clear the carbon from the valves IAW the Chrysler Service Bulletin was illegal for use in California. So, they put the brain trust together again and last I heard they were trying to find some king of magic juice to do what needed doing. I am hopeful they will find a solution to the problem. Having been a mechanic, I understand how frustrating it is to have to do rework, but it was no fault of Bryants staff. I told the service writer that I have no problems with having to bring it back especially on this type of problem. I am taking my wifes car in next week and my truck will follow at a later date. I have all the confidence in the World that they will resolve the issue.”
“Car was having multiple issues, called and got an appointment the following day. (Or so I thought). Turns out I had called a different shop. Rick ended up taking a look at it right then and there and gave us a good quote, got us back on the road in just a few days. Great service, thanks guys!”

“Roger the service advisor was clear in his communication and delivered great customer service. My repair apparently was a simple one and they didn’t charge me beyond the diagnostic fee. My battery had gone out as well bc my taillights wouldn’t turn off when the ignition turned off. They even recharged my battery for me. I’m super impressed and they have a loyal customer now. “Price is good, but the mechanic today gave me wrong information when he claimed that they didn't have the battery clamp I needed. So I went elsewhere to get one. When I returned to Walmart Auto, I was notified by another person that they did in fact have the clap I needed. The mechanic gave me wrong information, and I don't appreciate that. Plus, he seemed a bit rude as a person. Perhaps he's not a morning person. I don't know.”
“For a gigantic store that offers prices that are attractive to mainly low income people in a sprinkling of other sorts, it's amazing that they can operate as well as they do. Usually you can find a staff person if you look around a bit. They have a ton of stuff in the store. They are a subsidiary of China or vice versa but what the heck!”
“Only giving 4 stars because when they lubed my doors, there was oil dripping down the side of them when I got home. Also, my hood and other parts of my truck were covered in oil from their hands... 130 dollars for oil change come on guys, shouldn't have oil all over my truck. Other than that they were fast and very friendly”
