“Wow what can I say, if i could give more stars I would. I had broke down, car over heated. I was desperate for an affordable radiator. I called 800 radiator and was greeted by a live person imediatly, no wait. I forgot the exact specs of my van and I had to ask kim to wait while I got the engine size. These days I would expect attitude or rudeness but kim was so patient. She listened to me ramble, and let me know they had the radiator in stock, said she would send pics to confirm, within minutes I was able to confirm it was right part. I sent cc info via voice mail and before i could send her a text to check her voice mail she was calling me back. Problem, I was traveling and didn't have a local address. Kim, handled it before I even realized there was a problem, she put me on hold and found an associate of hers that was willing to receive my delivery. I confirmed the next morning that the radiator was in route. She called and said it had missed the original delivery but it was in route by special delivery. She is amazing, absoulutly amazing. From the start to the finish. The radiator was the right one, I had it installed and I'm back on the road. Kim went above and beyond, she was personable, attentive to my needs, she didn't have any responsibly to find a business to accept my deliver, she did exactly what she said she would do, there was no cover up when the radiator missed the courier, she just ordered a special courier to ensure I was taken care. She sent me a text when the package was delivered. These days I cant remember when I was satisfied with any customer service. I'm used to, " I understand your frustrations" by someone in another country, with a strong accent that I can't understand, that has no authority to help you. Kim is an asset to 800 radiators, I hope they know how amazing she is. Thank you Kim.”

“I am very thankful this place was able to work me in so quickly and during a holiday week. I needed new bearings in the differential and axles as well as seals. It was more costly than I had hoped, but they got the job done rather quickly. After I picked up the car and had it for a few days it started making a bad noise again and I took it back and one of the wheel bearings was going out. Thankfully I had a spare and they installed it without charging me... Hard to find service like that these days. Thank you!”

And while that's inconvenient and monumentally stupid to have a main hub in a small outlying city of 11k people, at least they stock a lot of rare parts. “I just had Victory media blast and powder coat an aircraft fuselage tubular frame and related parts. I couldn't be happier with their workmanship. Anyone who has tried painting anything tubular has realized no three, four or more angles gets the surface coated. I have looked everything over with a fine toothed comb and have found no "holiday's" anyplace. The price was very reasonable and they were faster than I thought they were going to be. I definitely recommend!”
