The location of the hotel was amazing, in addition to their amazing service. If I visit Palo Alto again, will definitely choose Sheraton to stay!❤️

The hotel was close to Stanford and a short walk to the Marguerite Shuttles, which allows you to hop on for free. Overall great stay with comfortable beds, and great amenities.

Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel is hotel near downtown Palo Alto with an aging facade and passable service. But for the global brand and the primo location, you wouldn’t be able to tell this from any motel across the US. The pool and Poolside Grill get higher marks as heated pools are lovely, and getting a salad or a burger and a beer or any other standard fare while your kids swim is great. Always a plus. I’ve stayed here a number of times since options are limited in Palo Alto. It would be a lower rated hotel in LA, but you’re in Palo Alto and you other choices are in worse locations.
Rooms: Fine.
Walkability: Excellent.
Food and drinks: Standard Americana chain hotel fare

Duplicate Charges and No Response!
I stayed at this hotel from August 12th to 13th, booked through Booking.com (Booking Number **4899590832**). While my booking was fully paid in advance via Booking.com, I was asked to provide my card at check-in for a deposit. Later, I discovered that the hotel charged me again for the booking fees, despite it already being paid.
I immediately informed the receptionist, who promised that the accounting team would resolve the issue and process a refund. It's now over a month later and I have yet to receive the refund or even a simple follow-up. Despite my email sent on August 24th, there has been absolutely no response from the hotel.

Nice location but they don’t have WiFi. WiFi is complimentary and only for members. Crazy. You have to give your email and accept being their Guinea pig to use WiFi.

This would have been a top hotel in its heyday many years ago. Located in the middle of Silicon Valley, the hotel has basic rooms and a nice heated swimming pool in the middle. There is a $17 charge for parking!!! The restaurant has excellent food and service and very reasonable prices and the manager Francisco made us feel really welcome. Staff at reception and housekeeping are probably better suited to working at a jail keeping prisoners in line or perhaps behind the scenes somewhere. The WiFi could do with an upgrade as it’s quite slow.

We had a family emergency and had family at the hospital and needed a place to stay asap. I was so blown away by the incredible service we received. They provided us with a safe, clean space to be able to relax and sleep in. My family and I are very grateful.

Excellent location (right next to University and Stanford). Rooms are solid. Poolside grill is nice. Interior area (pool, courtyard) are nice.

Really overpriced for what you get. Quiet room means BART is running next to your window and you can hear every foot step and screaming kid on the floor above you. Welcome to Palo Alto and enjoy your stay

Great location.
Rooms are nice and the pool and outdoor area were great.
Wifi and sound insulation of the rooms were pretty bad though.
Rooms: nice but bad sound insulation

Great hotel, with a nice vibe. If you're looking for rooms and furniture that feel brand new, this might not be for you. But this place feels classic and tropical-resort-y, with a nice indoor-outdoor flow. And the staff are excellent. I prefer it to the Westin next door because of the vibe, and because Sheraton has a lounge and Westin next door doesn't. One other thing: the wifi is quite poor at Sheraton. But the wired internet was very fast, and had both 100 mbps download AND upload, and my room had an ethernet cable. If you're here for business, and have a newer laptop that doesn't have an ethernet port, make sure to travel here with an adapter.
Food and drinks: If you're here on biz and are working on your laptop in the evenings, eat by the pool when weather permits, and get room svc otherwise. Salmon bowl and minestrone are very good.

The employees are very well behaved. Sheraton PA has maintained its class, even though the property has pretty old building.
Rooms: Spacious rooms. As for a pool side room for a view, if you prefer
