They've delivered promptly, have easily accommodated changes or updates, and been good at communication.On our most recent order, I found a few small page-layout mistakes in their printing - a first for us. They apologized for the mistakes, and responded quickly to produce corrected versions the next day. They did this at no cost, and it greatly helped us, in time for our upcoming initial rehearsal. I share this as a positive example of their excellent customer responsiveness, and dedication to the high standards.”
